I cannot see how anyone can give this place more than maybe two stars. I walk in. There’s absolutely no pricing anywhere. There was one girl behind the counter who was courteous. But when I told her that I couldn’t get one of the yogurts to come out. She replies oh we’re out of that. Again no signage. on a positive note the place was clean, but it was also empty, which says a lot this place used to be a lot better and also busier. it has gone down the tubes. I haven’t been here in quite a while, and I won’t be back in quite a while.

I just wanted to try it out to see if I liked it, so I pumped a golf ball size pump of normal vanilla (no toppings) & when I went to pay the total was $4.22. overpriced & mid.

My daughter had been requesting a funnel cake for about a week. Ordered a funnel cake and it was so greasy she threw it away please take it off them menu until you have mastered it.

We went to Yogurt Journey the other day, and we wanted to get a couple of rolled frozen yogurt. The first service girl (short and dark hair) who greeted us was nice and called a second worker (slightly taller blond hair) to come out and help make the two rolls. She glared at us and had her long blonde hair hanging down above the flattening area to make the other roll. I thought this was odd because you would think you're supposed to have your hair up to serve food, but because she was looking so pissed off at us, I didn't want to press the issue. After paying for them with the first worker with the second still looking mad, we walked out. After driving home, we started eating and, sure enough, found a couple of long blond hairs in one of the cups. Overall, the rolls tasted good, but the experience was pretty hostile and gross to find hairs in one of them. I would recommend not getting the rolled yogurt to avoid entering a Texas staring contest and hair-eating competition. Stick to the self-made frozen yogurt.

DON'T GO!! We are from out of town came here craving Frozen yogurt. The service was horrible there were two girls in the lobby and ended up running to the back as soon as we open the door and walked in. We tried the yogurts and they were mostly runny, there was a big selection of toppings that you can put on top of your frozen yogurt but the ones that are supposed to be cold were not and the cheesecake bites were sour and mushy. The tables were dirty and so was the floor. To get anyone's attention we had to yell 5+ times loudly and the girl gave us a go to hell look and was rude when came out of back. There was no one in front of store while we were there except ring us up. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING AND WE WILL NOT GO AGAIN

Walked in and started making my yogurt. There were flies all over the toppings and then the girl working there grabbed a handful of toppings from the bin without any gloves and started eating them. I didn’t want to ruin anyone else’s experience because there were a handful of people in there but I will never be going back. The audacity to reach your bare hand into a bin and then start eating IN FRONT of a customer. I cannot imagine what they do when no one is there.
This place was really gross. The people were lazy and did not want to do there job. Definitely not going back

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTIMER SERVISE, it was my first time going and I was confused on how to order, I asked them how it works and all she said was its per pound and walked away.. I asked for 2 funnel cakes and my daughter grabbed a cup. All the employees acted mad that they were working, when I grabbed the caramel syrup my daughter said one of the employees pointed at me and rolled her eyes. I have never had employees treat me and my family with such rudeness, when we went to pay the price was outrageous!! The ice cream was way to runny, and it was dirty. Now I know why they have so many bad reviews and I will NEVER go here ever again. Save your money and go somewhere that treats you and your family kind, and I promise the icecream will tast way better somewhere else!! I'm surprised this place hasn't closed down yet, considering how terrible the employees were, how dirty the place was, and how runny and bland the icecream was.

The set up was incredibly dirty everything mixed. We usually come here but got charged an outrageous amount and she refused to give us receipt because apparently they don’t give a receipt on cash purchases? Sounds fishy and I’m very upset I didn’t get to see what we got charged for. I’d appreciate if someone could get back to me because I feel I just got robbed with no proof of what my purchase was.
