This was the first time I have been to this location and it is the last time I will go!! The yogurt, taste, stale, and so were the toppings it was definitely not worth the seven dollars for a small cup of yogurt that I purchased. I definitely do not recommend this establishment for anyone!!

This place needs to be cleaned and staff need retraining on safe food handling. Watched staff pick up cookie toppings with bare hands and just looked at me and did it again. Almost no cold toppings in the counter and many of the machines were flashing low while the rest of the staff watch cartoons.

Excellent toppings bar.. so many different popping boba flavors. Unfortunately, a good amount of yogurt flavors were unavailable ?.
Great flavours and toppings. The staff is hit or miss if they are friendly or just in reaction mode to take your payment. They have rewards card, so ask as they won’t offer it on their own.

Yogurt selections are lacking. The four of us checked out, spent $37.00, nothing mentioned about the rewards cards. My granddaughter noticed the cards next to the register within 2 minutes of us sitting down. She approached the employee and asked if we can get a card and get it punched, she was told we can get the card punched at our next visit. IMO, that is not good customer service and contradicts the purpose of the rewards program.

Please have more than one worker in your shop. Had this girl serving a full bar on her own she was shaking how stressed she was... i asked for 2 funnel cakes, and it took nearly an hour to get both then charged.
