Not sure what is worse, the extremely soggy bun, or the soggy nasty old tomatoes? Or the day old reheated French fries that not even my dog wanted, or the fact that I had to put lettuce from my refrigerator on there because when you say, all veggies, it apparently means no lettuce. We spent $80 there and everyone had awful meals. The management is awful, the lady up and screamed at me when I said they used to be able to charge me for extra heath in my blizzard and told me that she doesn't have to serve me. This dairy queen used to be awesome back in 2017. But once they changed management, I am so surprised that they are not shut down yet. The bread was literally mush. Once I figure out how to post a picture on reviews then you'll see. So absolutely horrible. Why are they still open this is the third time it's been this way. I thought it would get better but no it's worse Everytime. That's a shame.

Super rude at the drive through like she didn't want us there. Also their phone rang in the store while waiting and she yells across the way "don't answer the phone! We are to busy "as two people are sitting outside smoking? Nit sure what's going on here no one inside wanted to be there clearly.

Paid 5$ for a royal blizzard and didn’t even get it with the sauce in it on top of that the drive through lady was extremely rude and didn’t tip over my blizzard as they should because it’s a rule and she got a attitude when I asked if she could make another one as part of the rules? don’t recommend going

You can never go to this location without something messed up or missing. Today, 2 bowls of chicken and dumplings, one bowl smashed into the other, with contents all spilled out into the bag. Last time part of order was missing, time before that the wrong products. It's like a mystery each time what will be wrong or missing. Last time for me. Will spend my money at a different location from now on.

I usually don't rate fast food franchises, but this place has become our go to place.Service is usually pretty fast and everything is hot and delicious. Everyone seems friendly and they are helpful.Our other two fast food establishments to choose from are usually slow and a big let down on quality. my visit they were a bit busy but seemed to be struggling harder than they should, they need to fix their drive thru distribution system as they seem to get very confused when things are busy. the person who took my order did not read back to me what i had ordered so i had to wait till i got to the window to ask for verification of what i ordered, instantly was met with an irritated attitude. by the time i got my food home which is very close less than a mile the fries and the burger i ordered were all very cold the cheese wasn't even melted on the sandwich which made me think it wasn't very warm to begin with. receipt attached for proof of visit,

This particular DQ in Wills Point, TX, is the absolute best I've ever been to. The service is always top-notch, and the atmosphere is always friendly, but they have so many more options than any other DQ I've ever been to. Love you guys. Keep up the good work!
