Great fajitas! The meat and onions etc. came out sizzling but our beans and rice were lukewarm at best. Had they been hot i would have given a five. The chips and salsa were good too. I personally prefer cold salsa instead of their hot but it was still good. The service was probably a 8.5 or 9. We had to wait for salsa/chip refills a couple of times but no really big deal. Also, had I known there was a huge WPISD party with extremely loud crowd and music I would have gone elsewhere.

Everything here was so good! The chips are fresh. Salsa is so good with just the right amount of heat. I had the sopes. Y'all, the beans and rice even! My husband had the alambre. The flavors were so crisp and fresh. No complaints. You won't be disappointed!

Food was greasy, very, overly spicy on tacos, cheese sauce was fake, no real cheese, our server was nice. Need improvements on food. Chips were harder than a brick, I did like the hot sauce! My enchilada meat was good but the cheese sauce was packaged sauce.

First visit to the establishment.The atmosphere was relaxing, prompt service not to mention the food was excellent.Their salsa was the best I've eaten since Cancun. The loaded queso was magnificent.ur waitress was exceptional and quite funny.

I would have liked to giving them five stars but the service was extremely slow due to not enough employees. But we did have to wait almost 2 hours to finally get our food thankfully they did offer us extra chips and salsa. And while we were waiting we did get some very nice mixed drinks. But our tea ran out and stayed out for an hour and 20 minutes. Other than that we loved the food it was amazing.

Update: we have gone here over 6 times and it's still as good if not better every time. The Sopes are great ! The atmosphere is always good with our two toddlers since they play music it seems to not make our kids seem extra loud big plus for parents and guests I'd say. The birria tacos are still amazing and honestly I get full off the two we get so no complaints there anymore. Overall I say this is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area and surrounding area. Mariachis in Greenville is also a great one to go try !

1st visit when they 1st opened was awesome! Waited a while for food, but it was worth the wait. Spent over $200 for 4 adults. It was evening and it was very loud!2nd visit was in the afternoon on a Friday and it was EXTREMELY disappointing! Food was cold, bland, dry and even though not busy at all, staff was absent more than present!!! Because it’s so expensive, spent $60 for lunch for 2 adults and a 6 year old!! probably won’t be trying it again!!! Can’t stay in business this way!!!

El Nopal is one of our favorite restaurants! The food, drinks, and service are all amazing. The family recipes are so good, it's actually some of the best Mexican food we've ever had. My favorites are the carne asada & sopes. Everyone is very friendly and always take great care of us!
