Was there today about 3pm. Restaurant is filthy. Went to the bathroom and tolite paper was everywhere. An employee was using the restroom and talk out loud in her phone about her drug use. Stood in line to be ignored by other staff. The lady with the pink hair growled at me when I asked for help. I simply wanted to order a meal to go but she was upset that she had to help me. She was very rude. Walking around real sluggish like maybe she’s on something. Just a very scary environment. I get it that it’s just McDonald’s but there should be some type of customer service. Maybe to act kind? KEY WORD = ACT. She looks absolutely miserable being there. And why is her hair pink? Is that the new normal now to look gross? What happen to looking like an employee? Shirts and pants disgusting, wrinkled up, sloppy looking employee. McDonald’s please hire better employees

This store is the worst in Wills Point because they don't serve customers because they're smoking outside. The service is terrible.

I hear this location messes up the orders quite often. First trip they charged me for the wrong order, so I offered and paid for my order as well just to speed up the process. Then they put onions on my child’s kids meal burger, didn’t notice it until we got all the way home of course. We want to support local, but hope this location can pull it together a bit better for better service

They got my coffee order wrong. I asked for a large hot caramel mocha and they were trying to gove me a large cold mocha. I told them it was hot and they looked confused. The person taking the orders even repeated hot and I said yes. They wanted me to park and wait. 7 am on my way to work in Terrell I am not waiting 10 to 15 min for my coffee. Asked for a refund and she told me to go back around the line or go inside. Left with no coffee or refund.

Why is this location continuously provides incorrect orders, and poor customer service. We dine local to support businesses here in WP. Enough is enough; tired of wrong orders and unprofessional service! We will no longer support this location. Management, other reviews below say the same thing, and on social media. The Facebook page People of Wills Point, several negative comments about this location. Most comments are rude and unprofessional service! We discovered the Terrell location isn’t owned by same management, so we will support this location going forward.

Starting off with the cashiers are so freaking rude it makes you want to leave right off the back then there's always nobody at the front register and then when you asked for your cups it seems like they have an attitude when they have to give it to you. We ordered ice cream in the ice cream was so soft that it was melting really quickly then both soda machines had over half of the drinks out the burgers are good but the fries were lukewarm I don't normally do a complaint but when I have a very bad experience I will report it if y'all want to find out for yourself go to this location but they are very rude and the food don't ever taste fresh
