First I understand it's fast food and I know not to expect 5star service but I expect the employees there to have a better attitude. The carhop I had yesterday didn't bring all the food I ordered and when I said something she said she would have to ring it up what was missing because it wasn't on the order. I understood and said to go ahead and use the same card for it. After waiting almost 20 minutes for them to bring my order she walked out there and said the card wouldn't go through on the second charge. I told her it may be my bank seeing the double charge and flagged it for fraud She then chose to get a big attitude and said "what the hell does that have anything to do with it" like I was blaming her and then started telling me I was wrong then stormed off and told me to get the hell off the property. It was uncalled for and I really hope they can train their staff to provide better customer service.

The food was so nasty I wanted to throw up it tasted old and gross. I will never go there again and I ask for 6 things of honey mustard and even paid for them and I had nothing in my bag that looked like honey mustard. Y’all need to stop smoking weed and get a new manager!

They really need to address Roger's attitude when talking to customers. He is a very rude person, and this is the first time I have experienced this at the Wills Point location. I hope this issue with his rudeness gets addressed.

Stopped in tonight to grab a late supper. Got 3 combo meals with slushes. The 2 grape slushes were horrible! They put nerds candy in them which we did not order and they were pure syrup! They were so thick with sugar syrup they were un drinkable. We tried to call the store in Wills Point to tell them but they will not answer the phone.

I literally got food poisoning from this place. Either undercooked meat, special sauce left out in the sun for too long, or some other combination. It's the only place I ate all day, and got DREADFULLY ill. Researching online, apparently several Sonics have produced the same results. Maybe not the fault of this particular restaurant, but definitely a Sonic thing. If you want explosive diarrhea, this is your place.

We ordered several things today, including a crispy chicken sandwich and 3 different blastsThe sandwich was so disgusting we couldn't eat it. The lettuce was old and the chicken looked awful; the blasts were just a cup filled with icecream and literally a sprinkle of the candy that should have been throughout. This is the worst food I have ever received from sonic. Will not eat here again

Ordered at drive thru lady took our order didn't tell us to pull up or what the cost would be..we pull forward there are NO indicators on where to stop. Group of guys with Sonic uniforms sitting at the table just staring at us. I'm sure wondering why we looked so confused cause we had no idea what to pull up to or if the lady understood we were done ordering cause she never said another word after reading the order back to us she just went silent.Food was fabulous as usual.
