They 90% of the time get orders wrong, if they run out of bread when you do a mobile order, they don’t tell you.

I stop in about once a week and the girl behind the counter needs additional help. I’m always late to work because it takes so long and it takes so so long! I will no longer be coming here!
This is the worst subway I've ever had to deal with. Absolutely do not go through the drive thru or order on phone if you want your order right. It never fails for them messing something up or forgetting to give you something. They have been this way for years.

Came in on a Tuesday night and my girl Jasmine was holding down a full line of people PLUS online orders by herself. She did a wonderful job despite being in a stressful situation with nonstop customers coming in. Give her a raise (and maybe a person or two to help with close) 👏🏽👏🏽

The sandwiches were good. Service was not too good. Jasmine in particular was rude, and then asked for a tip after. Tubs were not getting cleaned out before being refilled, but I give them the benefit of the doubt that it was just because it was the lunch rush.

Whoever is managing the subway in wills point you need to give the girl who worked alone lastnight a huge raise and bonus. Went in about 6 there was already a line, she was taking care of the line plus drive through plus online orders plus still baking bread i saw in the proofer ALONE!!!! I could feel her frustration she looked like she was about to cry. Yes we waited patiently and did not complain she was doing her very best. Shame on management for not being there and not having anyone helping her. Sunday or not you need to staff your store properly. I'm pretty sure she even had to close alone. She did great management not being there did not. Smh I'm more irritated at the fact she had no help what so ever. 😒 don't blame her for the long wait times blame yourself for not giving her the help she needed.

Poor service. Poor attitudes. They’re incapable to making your sandwich the way you ask. If you order from the menu they’ll make it wrong. If you order 2 different 6 inch subs they’ll make them wrong. You have to go inside when you order and babysit them to have any shot at them getting it right.

I’m a local and I haven’t eaten here in a while…I’ve never had much issues but today, whoever the guy is in the drive thru window was extremely rude to me and I told him thank you after he took my order and after he handed me my card and he slammed the window open and closed each time. He had the most bummed out look towards me too and I just thought he was having a bad day maybe. Got all the way home and this is the sandwich I pulled out. Not even what I ordered and sauce was all over it. The lady working was super sweet and refunded me but he just looked at me with a guilty look. I don’t ever do stuff like taking it back and asking for a refund but my family agreed that this was unacceptable so I drove all the way back and left it with them. Wont be going back

This is hands down the best Subway I've personally experienced. We've been consistent customers because the staff is always so kind and welcoming. Not only is the food consistently good, but they also pay close attention to the special instructions we provide when ordering online. We highly recommend this location and will continue to be loyal customers.

How hard is it too make a sandwhich? Like really, if you are out of an item give me the sandwich without said item and tell me.But no they just didnt make the sandwich in general. Worker there had an extreme attitude when i came to pick up the original order and worse when i came back.

The guy with the snake tattoo and the short lady with the ponytail and glasses made my sandwiches perfectly 3 late before closing and were very nice they deserve a raise. 👍🏾

I ordered to go. Didn’t really pay attention when they made my sandwich. Took a bite after leaving and it was microwaved not toasted! Ewe. Rubbery bread. Ate it but not happy about it.
