I couldn't see the tuna in my sandwich, all I saw was pickles and avocado, I was told that's all I could have cuz they were running out of tuna! Not my fault! I paid $7.18 ?‍♀️

The last few months this facility has gone down hill drastically. I am always on the go and love to stop for a sandwich and not a greasy burger all the time. This used to be one of my favorite places to stop. Now, the facility inside is absolutely disgusting. The floor is never clean. Always has food and liquids all over the floor. Your feet stick every step you take. The service is HORRIBLE at night the most. The day time girls are usually nice but the guys in the evening won't even greet when you when you walk in, the last few times they just look at you and wait for you to start talking telling them your order, they don't ask. They have no professionalism at all. Half of the time there are friends sitting at the tables and the staff is sitting there having a conversation with them while making clients sandwich's, not engaging with the clients. They hardly ever have the food ready or thawed that most people want to eat. Last week we tried to get a meatball sub 45 mins before they closed and they had already put up the meatballs.. A month before that I ordered a turkey sandwich and they charged me for a chicken teriyaki. $2.5 up charge for a sandwich I didnt order. I even questioned it thinking they made an honest mistake and they said "yes it's a turkey sandwich" and still charged me for a teriyaki. Another time recently I had someone pick up a sandwich for me and they said they didn't have the provolone cheese. I've never been to another facility that is OUT of food as consistently as this one... Another instance I went through the drive through at about 8:30 at night. 2 cars were ahead of me. One ended up driving up behind me while we were in line. The car directly in front of me drove off after 15 mins of waiting. After 30 mins of waiting, one of the staff comes out of the back of the building, up the alley beside my car, scaring me to death, asking what my order was because they were all mixed up inside. I didn't get my 2 sandwiches until 9:30... Anytime I crave a sandwich, I now look to heading to canton to avoid this kind of service. Save your energy and go somewhere else if you're wanting to have a good night with well made food. I promise you'll leave here either grossed out or upset with the service.

The ladies that greeted us as we entered had a great positive attitude. They were already busy filling orders, but quickly fit us in. The dining area was clean and in order. The sandwich's were amazing with fresh ingredients. The ladies are great sandwich makers, we will be back.

Ordered grilled chicken sandwiches for my husband and I; however, when we got the sandwiches home, they had used shredded rotisserie instead, (very cat food-like consistency). When I called the store about the mistake, I was told that that was their grilled chicken and they haven’t carried grilled chicken in over a year. Not super thrilled with the fact that they didn’t even try to call to let me know they don’t carry what I ordered. I did get a refund, but dinner was ruined.

I don’t like to leave negative comments about businesses, but tonight I make an exception. Three staff in subway and no one could make a sandwich. All three young men were talking between themselves about I haven’t been trained to put meat on a sandwich, I haven’t been trained on bread, and the third dismissed himself into the restroom. I don’t know who owns this restaurant but enough is enough. Take some pride in ownership would ya. Sick and tired of spending money with unreasonable businesses that take advantage of the fact that there are so few choices in Wills Point. Take pride in your town and hire a manager.

So extremely aggravated with the order I just had. Had ordered my food online through the app and got to the location just before the time it said that it should be ready (12:45). I had put in that I had arrived and did the double check that the app asks for. Showed that my food was ready at around 12:43 and then waited 30 minutes before I finally called into the store to see why I hadn’t gotten my food yet (1:15). The person said that it was in there waiting for me and I said “not to sound rude but what is the point of doing a curbside if I have to go in anyway?” Then she started talking to someone in the store and then asked where I was parked. I told her that I was just a few spots down from the door (5 spaces to be exact). Then it came out but with no apology from either person. Food is now cold and that also tells me that the person that came to look for my car didn’t even bother to walk a couple of feet from the door since I was slightly behind a truck that was beside me. Also just to add I always put in a tip… sadly that will probably stop. I’ve also been ordering from them quite often. So sadly I have to leave a bad review which I honestly never do reviews but that is how upset I am at this.

Young girl up front curly headed tattoo, has no customer service, complained the whole time because my order isn’t to her liking, rude, placed my receipt on the counter and walked off. I’m a regular and the one woman who usually cares for me does amazing, but this other chick has a bad attitude so beware.
