There is one person that is amazing. I'm not sure of his name but I came the other day with my kids and wife and he was attentive, helpful, kind, and he really sets the bar high of fast food hospitality is supposed to be. Be blessed and keep that contagious attitude.

The staff at night need to pay better attention I’ve been 3 times in a row and each time I get the same thing the 2 piece spicy and every time I get my food and get ready to eat my chicks is not spicy. They will take orders and continue talking amongst each other and forget that you even

Usually their food is pretty good and flavorful. On Friday, May 19th, they made some bad errors. 1) they did mot put the buscits that came with my family meal in my bag. 2) The chicken had no flavor (I ordered 10 piece spicy, but was told only 5 spicy drums & I'd get 5 regular thighs). The 5 regular thighs were ok even though I prefer spicy. But the 5 spicy drumsticks were disgusting. Had no flavor at all! 3) I ordered & paid for a family side of brown gravy...in...
