We recently visited for a family brunch birthday celebration. Unfortunately, the waitress had an incident and wasted alcoholic drinks on my sister and minor child to the point that they had to change to get out of their alcohol soaked clothes.
However, that was not the real issue. Accidents will happen. It was how Management handled the situation that was disappointing and why we will not be back.
The one waitress barely received support for the table of +15, there was broken glass in our drinks from the incident, our service took forever, and the manager was in no way apologetic or compensating, and the food just OK.

A magical galetaway in a whimsical little town. Delicious food, drinks, and desserts in what feels like a tree house!
Portion was much larger than i expected! Personally i would have preferred more seasoning in the meatloaf but that's just me. The lemon blueberry pana cotta literally made me cry bc of how incredible it was. Such a breath taking experience is rare in food. I can see myself making the hour plus journey to Wimberly just for the panna cotta, if i ever have a bad day. Servers were kind and friendly and helpful. Im very full and very happy and i feel my soul is cleansed. ✨️

The server didn’t come up to us for at least 15 minutes and then my sandwich came out like this. The outside is pretty and I enjoyed that, but the care put into the food was nonexistent. I wouldn’t serve dinner at home like this let alone pay $17 for this sandwich at a highly rated restaurant.

The Leaning Pear is awesome! It's often hard for someone with Celiac to eat out, but I found this place to not only be safe, but also a lot of delicious choices prepared with locally sourced food. And our waitress, Lila was delightful as well! Trust me, you won't regret dining here :)
