Certainly one of the best BBQ places around and well worth the two hour drive to try!!! The brisket and turkey are amongst the best that I’ve ever had with nearly a perfect temperature upon serving. Between the outstanding bark on the brisket and the turkey being cooked evenly and moist throughout, it was hard to choose a favorite meat. The jalapeño sausage was also a favorite and pairs well with their homemade Mac n cheese. Winnsboro, you have yourself a little treasure here that absolutely could compete with the premier bbq joints in DFW! We will be back! Well done! A+
I am so happy to have this in winnsboro. Absolutely hands down the best barbecue ive had in my life! I cant get enough of this stuff! If you haven't tried it yet, definitely do so! Thank you coyote smoke bbq for bringing delicious food to this small town!

Friendly staff, clean accommodations , reasonable prices, large portions and the taste was amazing! We will be back for sure.
