This has to be the Worst Mc Donald's in Texas. The food was cold and old! The staff was acting like they were in a highschool class. The language was Foul. The floor by the soda machine was sticky! Do Not Eat Here!

It was McDonald's. Not sure what people expect, but I'm never going to give McDonald's more than 3 stars to begin with, but the fact that the people working here think they deserve 15 bucks an hour when they can't even manage to get the order right, doesn't qualify it for more than 2 stars. The attitude of the people when advised they got the order wrong is really what the biggest of problems is, and both times I went through the drive through, everyone ahead of me felt the need to stop to check their order. Shame on me for assuming, so I got to come back and watch it all happen again.

This is the worst McDonald’s in east Texas. They can’t get an order correct to saves their lives!! I’ve been several times and always gave them the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to fix the problem but they are rude and just plain lazy!!

The food here is awful, I ordered a steak biscuit and the biscuit was hard as a rock the steak was dry and had 2 tiny pieces of onion and the hashbrowns were cold. This place is a joke

They made half of our order and left it on the counter. Then they served 6 people that came in after us. They finished our order and didn't bring it to our table, letting it sit on the counter again.
I've been to this McDonald's tons of times. The fries are always cold, soggy, and way too salty. Buns are hard and stale. I get it, It's McDonald's, but we all know what it should look and taste like. If it doesn't look good, it's not going to taste good. Don't send it.
