They made half of our order and left it on the counter. Then they served 6 people that came in after us. They finished our order and didn't bring it to our table, letting it sit on the counter again.

I've been to this McDonald's tons of times. The fries are always cold, soggy, and way too salty. Buns are hard and stale. I get it, It's McDonald's, but we all know what it should look and taste like. If it doesn't look good, it's not going to taste good. Don't send it.

I paid $1.00 for 3 times extra Carmel for a frappe, and I got the same amount I got for just extra Carmel. I was told by a woman, I assume, was management, manly is all I can recall to describe her, that was the the amount we give. It's all diwn the sides of the cup of Carmel. The Carmel wasn't even on the bottom at all or the nice glob I get at other stores. Customer service is not their Fortay here. Hamburger meat was lukewarm, and I wondered if it was cooked enough. I like hot food when it's cooked. The only thing I'm lucky to get, sometimes, is hot fries.

Today was one of the best examples of why I live in Texas! The wonderful woman who took my order was sweet and asked, "can I get anything else for you hon?" Then another sweet lady who handed me the order said, "You have a great day," with the biggest smile. My order was correct and fast. Thank you for taking 5 seconds to be caring.
