It was my first of what will be many visits. Everything looked great but I decided on a wonderful cinnamon roll and a couple of decadent soft and gooey chocolate chip cookies. This could become a habit.

My wife and I were traveling from Georgia on our way to Frisco for a business conference when we happened upon the Promised Land Bakery as I was desperately needing a cup of coffee. Well, I don’t believe in “happenings,” it was a divine appointment! I struck a conversation with the owner and her daughter and made new friends instantly. I bought a few pastries, cookies and coffee, all of which were fantastic! Thank you for the wonderful time as it made our trip worth it.

I enjoyed their breakfast biscuits this morning. You can tell the biscuit is homemade and the bacon was perfectly crisp. Very tasty breakfast, regretted not getting a second one before I finished! Very tasty. My sister ended up getting a few of their pies afterwards & they were yummy too. I loved their buttermilk pie! Glad to see them up and running again… and better than ever too!

Happened to pass by when going from Bob Sandlin to Tawakoni. Soooo delicious and the ladies are the sweetest. Everything tasted 100% homemade and made with love.
