We were seated by the hostess and waited 20 minutes without being acknowledged. No one stopped by our table to offer drinks at least. It was our first and last time coming. When we got up to leave, no one acknowledged us or even cared. Customer service is below standards and, efficiency is nonexistent or, they didn’t want to serve my kind. When we called and expressed our dissatisfaction, the person on the phone was nonchalant and did not address our concern and hung up the phone. Not good for a small town.

Kenoah was our waiter and he was AWESOME! He consistently checked to see if we needed ANYTHING and made sure to keep our table clean and clear of any trash or unwanted dishes. He made wonderful suggestions about food choices and drinks choices. The food was FABULOUS! My son and his girlfriend treated me and my friend to dinner because we had never been there before. We WILL be back and also tell others about this wonderful place. The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was comfortable. Thank you SO much for a GREAT gastronomical experience! PLEASE don't miss out on trying this place, you will be back.Dietary restrictions: My friend had special dietary needs and they were more than happy to comply.Kid-friendliness: There were kids around and they were all happy. There was a section of the menu that was devoted to excellent kid choices.Wheelchair accessibility: There were no problems about entry or seating. Anyone should be pleased.

Food was great, my ONLY complaints are that the kids menu was limited, and it was a bit loud. Given it's a bar and grill, and not a "family restaurant" I understand why that is. So can't really fault the establishment so much as me for not looking into it before going.Besides that our server Kai was amazing, even my children said he was the nicest waiter we've ever had. Food was delicious, and we did not wait very long for it although the place was busy. My family and I will be back and will recommend this place to everyone we know.Kid-friendliness: Not exactly kid friendly if they still eat off the children's menu, I believe they had 4 selections, but it is a bar and grill so that is to be expected.

The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Tried their new fried pickles and they were so good! Almost wanted to order a second round. Had their honey bourbon chicken for my entree and it was delicious! The chicken was juicy, a good portion, and the sauce was delicious. Was almost disappointed that I was so full because each bite was so delicious. The service from Deeva was wonderful. Our drinks never were empty and she was attentive and fun. She is a great server!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had dinner with my mother, I ordered onion rings as an appetizer... A good start to a meal.I then ordered the 14oz. Ribeye, so... so good ?. I ordered it med rare & it came that way... Mouth watering ? ?.Wheelchair accessibility: Their restroom (women's) ? was large. Roomy.I was able to get my electric wheelchair ? in there without any problems.

Absolutely stellar experience at The Barrelhouse in Winnsboro! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. The servers were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our family meal truly memorable. The live music added an extra layer of fun and entertainment to the evening; my daughters couldn't resist dancing along with their grandpa! And let's not forget about the food - the wings are simply amazing! Cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, they're a definite must-try. Burgers, bourbon chicken, philly cheese nachos … get ‘em all! Five stars all around for exceptional service, delicious food, and a lively atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!
