If you’re anywhere near The Caboose Coffee and Breakfast Stop and don’t pull over—you’re seriously missing out! This charming little gem has quickly become our favorite spot for breakfast, and it’s easy to see why. From the moment you walk up to the covered seating area, you know you’re in for something special.

Almost passed this one up because of a gluten allergy but decided to give it a try and I’m sooo glad I did!
I had the bacon hobo (bacon, cheese, egg) without bread.
All of the egg bakes are gf without the bread from my understanding.
They also have a gluten free cinnamon swirl muffin (wish I would have tried this one as well). I also got an amazing iced vanilla latte.
My husband got the breakfast quesadilla and my son got the banana...

Yummy yummy breakfast! Tried their Gondola sandwich with an iced coffee with white chocolate, delicious! Great little pick me up and just found out they deliver, too! No better way to treat yourself or someone you love. ❤️☕️
