“I was visitng from out of town and decided to stop here for dinner. There are not a lot of restaurants that have vegan options but I knew Pei Wei was one! You can sub tofu and vegetables in for almost all of their menu items! I wish there were a few more vegan options for the appetizers but the vegetable spring rolls were pretty good.
