This was our third visit this year 2025 to the Wolfforth Dairy Queen. We made this Dairy Queen our go to place after the first visit based on our observation of the number of customers, business appearance and the food quality. And ease of access for the handicap. The Wolfforth location is nice and clean, very well maintained, indicates to us that the crew takes pride in their place of business. There are a lot of customers coming and going during each of our visits which also tell us that customers like coming to this location for the good food and service even during non peak times. We were fortunate to run into District Manager Rick on our second and third visits and compliment him and his sharp looking crew, and about how clean the restaurant looked, even the restrooms and how we appreciated how well we were served and how good the food was. It’s also easy to get off and on the freeway from either direction. Good location.

My burger was cold, my shake was frozen milk. The phone has been off the hook all day... I am completely done with Diary Queen in Wolfforth.... This is by the WORST I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I GAVE IT TO MY DOGS...

Ordered 2 #1 combos one with mayo and one all the way with a kids meal. Really ridiculous that this store can’t figure out what they are doing. Lady at the window was extremely rude and my burgers were a total mess and didn’t even have cheese. My fries tasted like they rushed them in the fried cause they were still cold and taste like dirty fry grease. I will not be back at this location

We waiting for 15 minutes in the drive thru, to be told give me a minute 3 time because whoever was the the drive thru couldn't preform his job with the customer infront of us. Then we finally got to order but they couldn't make a single thing that we asked for even though its posted to order. I used to work here about 6-7 years ago and this place has just gone down hill. Bad customer service. The only thing thats great is the outside look.

Order a burger no mustard and add mayo, a kids meal, dip cone and Blizzard. Got out ice cream at the window and was told to pull up. We waited for 25 mins a lady came out to give food to a car that 3rd in waiting. The lady didnt even seem like she wanted to come ask what we ordered. Had to call her over. She said what did you order, it got lost. Let her see the receipt. Then we continue to wait after seeing cats go passed in the drive through we went to the drive through. We got to the window told them we been waiting for our food the lady had the audacity to give attitude like we rushing when we waited for a total of 40 mins to get a burger and a kids meal. We got our food looked at the burger and it has heavy mustard.
The guy at the intercom kept cutting me off. I was supposed to get a hungerbuster Jr with cheese no tomato or onion. Instead, they put a slice of onion bigger than the meat patty. I did call, and the manager offered to give a free meal next time and was apologetic about the employee.

We went through the drive through. This is the third time and each time the same gentleman waited on us. He is very rude, acts like hurry up and like he is doing your a favor by waiting on you. I have been traveling to Lubbock for many years and we used to stop and go in and eat or use the drive through. It was very nice then, god food and good service but that’s not the case anymore. From now on I will wait and go to the DQ in Brownfield where they still give very good service.
