Wingstop Streetsboro served me hands down the worst wings I've ever eaten (ate 1 of 8 and threw the rest where they belonged...in the trash). The quality of wings was laughable. The sauce almost nonexistent. That will be a one and done for Wingstop! I feel like I just bought a car warranty from Hindi Jake from State Farm. Seriously, was this a prank, or are yall serious?

I placed an order through the wingstop website last month and never received my food. I received a message from the delivery driver that the delivery was canceled and I needed to contact the store. I contacted the store that same day and have been getting the run around. every time I call I'm told to call again. I paid almost $90 for food I never received and the store knows I never received my oder because they are the ones who told me the delivery driver stole my food.

Another delicious lunch from Wingstop Prattville! Tenders and fries, so yummy 😋

Terrible service. Left items off order and refused to give me what I had paid for after driving all the way back to the restaurant. Never again.

I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

we spent $45 from Whipple location Hayward and requested well done received the order over cooked. Because I had no way to return the food they would not refund…

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

Terrible customer service and no phone service I’ve had great good from here and tonight was horrible Avoid the Pinelake store I just wanted my meal partially comped And I was told I could have fries Just ridiculous for what I spent

How are you open? Order was wrong. Took almost 2 hours to make an order. Ohh order was wrong. Can someone from an experienced store please work here I do not know if it will help but worth a try it can't get any worse at this store.

Wingstop Happy Valley rd in Phx Arizona is THE WORST. I was so excited to try them for the first time ever. Ordered online, drove up there and arrived at 48 mins after I placed my order as the email said the wings should be done by then. A clueless worker said it could be another 20 mins or 40 mins. I’m not really sure. Asked to get a refund, the manager was too incompetent to complete a refund. Will have to dispute this charge on my credit card. my first time trying Wingstop and I didn’t even get to try it, but I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Do better

Well second time going to Wing Stop in GB. I was not impressed the first time but tried to give them a try again. We were missing part of our order and then look at this raw sandwich. We are done and will never go back. Please check your food before you take a bite unlike I did. Picture in comments

a friend of mines card was ran for extra things like Lyft, Shein and Uber Eats after they provided their card information over the phone to pay for an order. this Happened at the Abercorn location in Savannah GA.

Ordered 3 chicken tenders and was given 3 boneless wings... There was a sign on the register when I picked up my food that said "No Tenders" so I asked the lady if my tenders were replaced with something and she scoffed and told me I had tenders in mine. I get home and there are literally 3 tiny boneless wings to replace the tenders.

Food was ok, but the service was absolutely terrible. To all wingstop employees, if you don’t take pride in your work you will not succeed anywhere. Good work ethic takes pride, responsibility and especially respect. The service we had today was terrible. To the managers, keep a better eye and properly train your staff to accommodate the customers. For a 2.5 rating I’m not surprised.
