Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.

Food is consistently hot, delicious, crispy, on point, and the driver is always here when they say they will be 🎯

Placed an order in store, it was not busy the whole time I was there. Sat right in front of the register to wait for the order. Waited for 30 minutes and my name had disappeared from the screen so I decided to ask the girl because there was an order sitting there for 15 minutes that I just assumed was someone else’s because why would they not call out the name whwn it was ready? Turns out the order was mine and asked nicely for them to remake it and they declined and stated the name was called out. And when I said that my order was now cold the girl said “well that’s not my problem.” I suggest getting people that actually want to work.

They took our money and shorted us 1/3 of our wings. Tried to call the store THEY DONT ANSWER. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM. Going to file a chargeback. Communication Wing Stop, Communications. You’re fired. 0 Stars for Customer Service
Every location I pick up GrubHub deliveries has slow and rude service. I'm about to boycott their pickups with how consistently bad Wingstop is customer service wise.

I didn’t get or ask for a name but There is a young man w dreads on sat during lunch time that made my meal and I’m very impressed how he made the food he wasn’t rude cook time and seasoning was on point shout out to that young man well done brother I will come again thanks to his professional work ethics keep working hard …😋🍗🛑

We got an order for takeout. The order was ready within a few minutes of us getting there, so we picked up the bag and left. My daughter sat with the bag in her lap for the 8 minute ride back to the house. When we got home, we found our fries at the bottom of the bag with about a quart of wing sauce. I’m not sure how the bottom of the bag didn’t give out in the way into the house. If my daughter’s shorts weren’t so thick, she would have noticed the seeping liquid on the way home.
So- being down a pair of shorts and an order of soggy fries, I called the store pretty preserved about the incident. The guy that answered the phone was nice enough, and offered to give me a refund. But- when he spoke with the manager, he told us we would need to return the food for the refund.
Thanks for the crappy service, Wing Stop. And my girl thanks you for the new pair of shorts.

French fries are horrible
Wingstop Streetsboro served me hands down the worst wings I've ever eaten (ate 1 of 8 and threw the rest where they belonged...in the trash). The quality of wings was laughable. The sauce almost nonexistent. That will be a one and done for Wingstop! I feel like I just bought a car warranty from Hindi Jake from State Farm. Seriously, was this a prank, or are yall serious?
I placed an order through the wingstop website last month and never received my food. I received a message from the delivery driver that the delivery was canceled and I needed to contact the store. I contacted the store that same day and have been getting the run around. every time I call I'm told to call again. I paid almost $90 for food I never received and the store knows I never received my oder because they are the ones who told me the delivery driver stole my food.
