Had a very abrasive experience with who I was told was the “regional manager” (Lila Richard’s- I believe was her last name). I ordered my 6-inch sub and asked for cucumbers on the side as my chips. I’ve never had an issue with this at any other subway. In the past, I was usually given a cookie bag or bowl with a handful cucumber slices and was either charged for chips or given them for free… well the lady checking me out was attempting to do just that when Lila came up and told her no, then proceeded to pull the sandwich out of the ladys hand, unwrapped it and put 4 slices of cucumber in with my sandwich. I tried repeatedly to get her attention and explain what I was wanting but she completely ignored me & the other worker trying to help. The worker apologized to me and said she couldn't help me at that point because Lila was the “regional manager”. So, I got back in line, asked Lila to please put together a bowl of cucumbers, at whitch point she put a handfull (abouth 10 slices) in a bowl and charged me a for full salad out of spite. Not sure if itll do anything ot not, but Im in the process of contacting corporate... In the meantime, if you come here and see Lila, just turn around and leave. She's got her head stuffed so far up her high horses butt that her feet aren't touching the ground. I felt so bad for the young lady she was training, practically belittling her for being slow when it was litteraly the girls first day. That and the way she just bulldozes over her other employees... As someone in HR, this lady is a walking hostile work envitoment lawsuit waiting to happen. Subway, do better.

I've never called back to a place. The evening I did. Had to call twice because the phone was busy. Not because of being busy. My husband spent 50$ on 4 sandwiches. They were the worst subway I've ever had. Not much meat. They were Philly cheese steak. The bread was hardest bread. I'm still upset. My husband is sickly and couldn't eat any. Even my grown kids couldn't eat it. I've never complained before. When I called them to tell them and I talked to the evening manger. She was short with me and made excuses. They do not need to serve that bread like that. The Subway in Woodville TX. Thank you for listening

The food was good but I absolutely hate going here. One particular lady that works there is always so damn rude to the point if I see her working, I'll go somewhere else. My daughter and her friends love going to subway after school but if she's working, they go somewhere else as well.

Lila getting on to your co worker in front of customers that's so rude. How does it take 2 people to make a wrap? BTW the worker you were getting on to was extremely rude. I haven't been there in 3 years. I was gonna give it another chance thinking maybe new management. Lila you are not a very good manager. And the place was filthy.

Came in 20 minutes just to leave 5 minutes ago with no food. Had to sit in line while the two employees were more interested in the conversation with a few customers about how they have ADHD and Autism. So I just turned around and walked out. I refused to wait another 15 min for a simple wrap that I wanted. Had to settle for McDonald’s unfortunately.

I went in to order an oven roasted TURKEY sandwich today and the guy behind the counter said, “Got it, rotisserie chicken.” And I said, “No, the oven roasted Turkey, the lunch meat, not chicken.” And he said “Got it.” And proceeded to put chicken on the sandwich. I swear I argued with him for 5 minutes and thought he was messing with me. The other worker behind the counter wasn’t any better and didn’t help out with the situation but did say “would you like some cookies today?” So I said “no ma’am, I can’t have any cookies right now.” She actually then asked, “well would you like to buy some cookies anyways and donate them to the next customer?” - I don’t know what was going on with the workers today but it was absolutely the last time I’ll be going to this location if they’re the ones who will be working there.
Ordered a veggie delight because I'm a vegetarian, the person making the sandwich had to ask how to make a veggie sandwich and when I asked for spinach I literally got 6 leaves of spinach. Asked for a little more spinach and got another 3 leaves. I'm 5 months pregnant and starving so I dealt with it even though my sandwich was mostly bread. Worst veggie delight I've ever ordered.

I order the BMT and many times some of the meat is missing. I don't notice it till I get back home. From now on I will look at it before they wrap it.

Compared to the Jasper store (where the owners are usually present) this place is understaffed and poorly run. We went in today and no one was in line, but I assume she was working on internet orders but since we were not informed we waited and waited and then left.

Ordered a footlong all American with pepper Jack cheese. Had Mayo put on it. Asked for a lot of black olives only. She told me she was only allowed to put 12 olive slices on it. If I wanted more it cost $1.50 for 12 more olives. I’m sorry, but when olives is the only vegetable I want on the sandwich I should not have to pay for extra! Needless to say, she got to keep the olives and the sandwich! I won’t be back and I don't recommend eating there! I would say zero stars if that was possible!
