This place might have good food but they loose customers when they hire rude workers we wanted a sandwich Philly cheese steak and a soft pretzel the skinny girl blonde with piercings looked at the worker named Jathan and said with the most attitude “how you gonna make that” bc there toaster is broken then jathan said “we can’t make this our toaster is broken” the person I was with then said “that’s fine but she could’ve said that a little nicer” the skinny blonde girl then proceeded to argue with us as we walked out the door we said that we were not getting anything from here because of that girl and we walked out as the girl was running her mouth to us. Spoke to Jennifer the “manager” and she did not say anything at all! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DEFINITELY WILL NOT GO BACK!

Older lady's attitude sucks!

Three of us stopped in on the 30th at about 7PM, the staff were filling orders so we quietly waited, ten minutes passed without a single word, I mean nothing from the staff while we waited. Finally after that we asked how long it was going to take, they told us: "a while." then went back to ignoring us like we didn't exist. They are just flat out rude and act like they are mad that they have to work or something. The sad part is that this attitude seems to be a lot of the standard in or around Woodville. I'll never try to eat there again. At least say "Welcome, it may be a bit while we fill these orders," or something. Woodville needs a solid dose of hospitality training, everyone around there has just gotten rude lately. Sad really, because Woodville used to be a good place with friendly people.

This Subway serves mostly bread-wiches. The bread tastes great, but the servers are very stingy on the ingredients. My ham sandwich had miniscule amount of thinly sliced ham. The servers really don't seem to like their jobs. I was so hopeful that after the remodel, Subway would be reinvigorated about their business. I would rated the business as a meh.

I like our local Subway. The employees change frequently but that is the nature of the fast food business. Their app ordering is awful. I did that, waited the time, then went there and waoted another 15 minutes. I won't use the app anymore. All the the ingredients they use appear fresh and clean. They don't scimp on the portions and readily accommodate your requests.Vegetarian options: They have an all vegetable sandwich and salads as well. You can customize your sandwich to your liking.Kid-friendliness: They have kid size sandwiches and customize those as well.Wheelchair accessibility: It is tight in there. I am sure you can easily get a wheelchair in there but if you are dining in it would be difficult as the aisles are small

I’m handicapped so I tried calling in for a pickup, I was told we don’t do that anymore you must use the online app. I’ve never used the online but i decided I’d give it a go. Went through the whole process and it said go pick it up. Made the 15 min trip into town, pulled to the drive thru and no order… i explained my condition and the two women said I’ll have to come in… I’m handicapped I can’t.. you’ll have to come inside… mind you there was one car in the parking lot so they weren’t busy.. They just don’t care to be bothered. I’m done

Came in first thing told to me was that they can't take cards. Then joking I said it's OK I have cash they told me they don't take bills higher then a 20. I wanted to order 7 sandwiches which would have been around 75 to 80 dollars or more still wouldn't except my money so your loss won't bother going back. Super disappointed guess will spend our money else were.

One of the worst Subway locations. Oven is broken and no backup plan and they said that waiting for part. 4 people inside the bar and serving and they don’t know what they doing. I just came with my family to stop by.

Staff did not seem to know anything about the sandwiches. Not friendly at all and saying I don't know when asked question. Better know what goes on your sandwich as far as cheese and meat if you go here.

The staff was so rude when answering the phone about a simple easy to go order. I said hi I wanted to see about placing a to go order. She said no ma’am you may not.. I was like okayyy how do y’all use your drive thru window she said you can get out of your car or use an app. The way she was so rude and unprofessional was disgusting. This place cannot keep employees. Do not recommend. Went inside and they were still rude and careless. Unsanitary as well.
