Burger was overcooked burned at the edges, french fries were cold and not cooked, ask for mayonnaise and got mustard. Went through the drive-thru and the cashier asked if he can keep my change.

Every Whataburger should have a Melissa! She greeted me with a friendly, cheerful face, took my order, and then delivered it with a smile. When I mentioned I was new to the area, she asked if I liked it here and welcomed me. She also talked about what a beautiful place it is to live. What a great ambassador for Whataburger, and for east Texas.

Great thing about this location was the big truck parking in back. Has been some time since I had been through this small town and noticed this place on the way through town earlier that day so I figured what the heck give em a try. WAS NOT disappointed. Great service. Great food. Can't ask for more.
I used to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a burger and didn't mind because it was hot and fresh. Now the patty is cold and can't even melt cheese. Food taste old . There focus on quantity and Not Quality.

Rolled into this Whataburger feeling mildly optimistic and moderately hungry. The crew had their act together friendly, quick, and didn’t look confused when I changed my mind three times. My order came out right, which automatically bumps them up a star in my book.
Food was fine, nothing worth writing country songs about. No disasters, no missing condiments, no spiritual awakening just a normal, smooth visit. Think of it as the “yeah, that’ll do” of burger experiences.
