The last 2 times I have been here my order has not been right. The cashier took my order correctly but the kids preparing the food do not pay attention to order preparation. I went in to correct my order and took off thinking it would be right, took 2 bites and my burger was full of mustard. I ordered it dry. Does not make any sense for these kids not to pay attention. The cashier was amazing and apologized for it being wrong the first time, he went to the cook and told them how I wanted it made and it was still wrong. The manager Wendy did not know how to apply the code from the survey, said she had to call her OP on how to apply. She said that she had to verify because the cashiers sometimes lie about applying discounts. How rude to say that about your workers. When she spoke to me she was so loud everyone could hear her. She complained about being at work and should not have volunteered to go in. Wow how unprofessional of her to say all that she said.

Charles was an absolute delight tonight and really helped turn my whole night around just by a simple short conversation. He was very kind very thorough. He made sure I had everything in the bag and overall I feel like he was a great addition to your team he really knows how to make a total stranger feel like a friend he’s known for a long time in just the span of three minutes and that is exactly the type of person you need on the drive-through Window just wanted to show my praise and I hope Charles has a safe and happy life and I will continue to come back to Whataburger as long as somebody as kind as him is there to make it feel amazing Is that

The service was fast. Their food was really good. I ate a breakfast bowl, the small size. Which was big, it had bacon, hash browns, scrambled eggs, covered with white gravy. There was a bigger one, but I could not eat that much. The young lady was really nice and polite. I did not think to take a picture of it. I hope the description is enough.Parking: This location is next to a gas station. The fuel pumps are far enough apart that people can drive around them. Then they have ample parking past the fuel pumps, protected by curbing. Therefore you can pull in with a boat or a RV.
