La Bottega Waco is a true taste of Italy, with everything made from scratch and with care. The Sea Salt Caramel gelato is out of this world, and the bruschetta on fluffy focaccia is a standout. The owner, Massimo, puts his Italian heritage into every meal. The pizzeria offers excellent pizzas with a cracker-like crust and sandwiches on homemade focaccia, like the Tuscany and chicken pesto. Despite a mix-up with an order, the service is friendly. It's a great place for a relaxed atmosphere and a true taste of Italian food, highly recommended for anyone looking for a great meal.
