What is the point of having a phone if all you’re going to do is forward calls to voicemail ? I went in around 8:30pm ordered 2 route 44 a mini drink and a mini blast I waited over 20 mins gave the guy my card to the kid who brought my food out and ended up forgetting that I gave it to him and dove off I had waited maybe 5 mins but my car was acting up my kids were in the car and I needed to get home I noticed that my card wasn’t in my wallet I tried calling but they closed I go in at 7am before work and they say they can’t find it

Employees are trash. They give you ice cream covered cups with no napkins. And don’t have the brain capacity to remember something that you asked them to bring you That they should’ve brought you the first time. As a carhop, you should carry straws, napkins, and ketchup on your person at all times because what is the actual purpose if you don’t?

Sonic is not the same as it was 20yrs ago. Portions are smaller, prices are higher, you have to ask for the nugget sauces, extra napkins, . i mean come on the have to know ur gonna n eating ur food in the car right? Anywaysi just cant justify two so they only get one thumb up for Cindylu. And that was a struggle to give one.

I’m pretty disappointed. I ordered a small fry and slush, waited 25 minutes while other patrons pulled up and left with combo meals. My slush is melted and my fries are soggy. I came here the other day and had great service, maybe today was a fluke. I will say that they did recognize some sort of fault, because the gentleman who brought my order gave me two poker chips for a free drink each

My burger was not hot it was warm but not hot enough that the cheese was not melted. Flavor was ok. Onion rings are always good at sonic and coneys too just not hot in this experience. Fries, tots were semi-warm, onion rings semi-warm, hotdog semi warm. For got our drinks and took awhile to bring us our drinks further making our order colder. Stalls to order are too close together our (Chevy silverado) truck doesn’t fit or barely made it. You can tell everyone scraps it. Sometimes whenever I go to sonics they have people walking around with their tray of condiments but not here. I needed ketchup and mustard but didn’t want to ask and prolong our visit. But should not have to ask as to where mustard well at least ketchup should have been in the bags but they should have asked concluding the order or when we received our order they should have asked have asked if we needed anything but also be prepared for the extras or have someone walking around with condiments. Good thing is that our carhop was nice and patient thank you young lady. I’m putting a review to give feedback to help someone else’s experience here a better one than mine or if I return it will be better next time I come . Hopefully someone gives note to employees for the better. Thank you for listening.

My chili dog was cold but the chili and cheese was hot. Everyone knows that hotdog temperature matters, eating at the wrong temperature will make you sick. Needless to say I had to trash it after the first bite.
