The chicken tenders were huge. My husband and I split a 5pc and couldn't finish it. Some tenders were not spicy but they were good. Don't forget to ask for fork or spoon if you get slaw or potatoes at the drive through. Service was OK. I would eat there again.

The fried fish is good. Just a little pricey when it's obvious that the fish is cut in half. If your going to charge $5.00 a piece of fish, make sure it's a whole piece. That's price gagging to me.

I have been giving my buisness from the very fisrt time rusty rooster opened it's door's in yoakum!! Started out absolutely great when owner was working it himself! As time went on owner left service went bad and so did food!! But there have been good employees in past! In the last 5 to 6 year's employees are arrogant bad attitude smart mouthed and no courtesy at all!!!Extremely out of price range, inflation is up but in this case it's price gouging!!! For a Christian oriented organization supposedly, but not being practiced!!! My personal opinion!!!

As passerby's, we enjoyed the prompt service and good food. I ordered the 3 piece dark chicken which I enjoyed. The mash potatoes were good. Kids shared the chicken strip platter and said "they are really good!" I wish we ordered a dozen of the busquits, so yummy. Now, for the funnel cake fries, it's the taste of a funnel cake without the mess! The only thing is the order is small, one order per person. I assume you have to ask for napkins, spoons, and forks because we didn't receive any which made the drive a little difficult.
