I had ordered a 6 inch chili with cheese hot dog and the meat was cold. They brought another one and the bread was cold and the meat was lukewarm. They took too long to bring the food had to press the service button to find out if they were bringing another hot dog. They said they were bringing it. We asked for a refund which we got back. They didn't bring ketchup or offered us if we would like ketchup. The screen on the park and ordered was not on. It took a while before someone asked if they could take our order.
This was the first time for the worst service and food we had experience at a Sonic in Yoakum, TX.
My husband ordered a hamburger and his was good. We ordered onion rings and they were good.

I ordered from door dash at 1117 this morning my order was delayed and delayed for over 2 hours so I finally cancelled the order because no one would deliver it to me! I tried calling no one answered the phone this is BS. I am a truck driver on a delivery but no one can deliver me my food just trashy service l!!

They owed me a meal because the first order was just nasty and cold. Called 3 times to place my order so I wouldn't have to wait a long time cause Im at work. Well all 3 calls were fine till I mentioned the free meal and hung up on me so I went up there and they was just rude as hell. The lady called the manager to I guess overide it or whatever and when she was telling him she whispered to him saying I said I called 3 times but they were busy and couldn't answer the phone so of course I put my little 2 cents and said NO THAT WASNT THE CASE, YALL HUNG UP IN MY FACE ALL 3 TIMES ONCE I MENTIONED THE FREE MEAL YALL OWED ME. I really like sonic but I do not recommend the one in Yoakum, that's for sure. They were just terrible!

We pushed the button, waited and nothing. We gave up and went through the drive through. I ordered a cherry limeade slush. It was watered down, NOT A SLUSH, had no lime, and no carbonation. I gave up and got a Coke. I was flat. THE WORST SONIC IVE EVER BEEN TO.

Watched three cars roll through the drive through with no problem. Also watch the next to me pull up get there order taken and get there food while I sat with no response. Also I always thought if you were SMOKING YOU NEEDED TO BE COMPLETELY OUT OF THE RESTAURANT!! Can someone who works here tell Me why we are flicking cigarettes out the back door? Are you smoking inside the restaurant where food is being made? I will be talking corporate as well

I do not normally write a negative review, but Sonic in Yoakum TX needs to get it together!!! The last 2 times I have been its taken over 20 min to get my order and they have gotten it wrong both times. The carhops are all over the place and the manager has no idea what he's doing he could not even get my order correct on the screen. My order is a supersonic breakfast burrito combo with no tortilla, no onions add extra egg with Med FF and a LG French vanilla cold brew add caramel. As someone that used to work at sonic that is not a difficult order. Do better Yoakum!!!!! They must be under new management and new employees, because it has never been like this!!!

Why is y’all’s app never on? And if I order through the speaker stuff gets left out? It was going so great with the app for a while and now you just turn it off every day. I know it can be turned back on too because we’ve had to do that when calling to ask.
