I travel this area often. Food is always fresh and hot. Customer service is great. Ordering and the lady couldn’t hear me. She came out to the car to get my order. I won’t eat at my local Sonic. Food always seems pre cooked and barely warm. Yoakum Sonic takes the time to cook your order.

My drink tastes funny. Probably the strawberries are starting to ferment.
Waited way tooo long for just a drink. Then had to wait for change. Just ridiculous management.

Ordered online food & shakes, got there...we dont have any shake mix....I wouldn'thaveeven bought food there I wouldhave gone to DQ ( which HAD tha shake makings and went there too to get shakes ) ...come back tomorrow we'll put you on the list (60mi round trip, no thanks)...ok give me a refund....oh, we can't do that corporate has to do that...7-10 ,bus days....over 2 weeks later 3 phone calls...oh our system was down so I entered it in to be refunded now over 2 weeks later....finally got a call center in the USA thats probably only reason it got submitted at all....looked back thru my bank transactions...i hadn't bought sonic in a year....and then I remembered why....same scenario.....got me again....but not again

We have tried and tried to give this Sonic a chance and it’s just always terrible. The food is insanely salty alllll the time. Just a waste of money because it’s impossible to finish the food. They really should just close down. Worst place to eat in Yoakum, do not recommend.

They gave us old food.
Didn’t give us our kids Apple juice. We pushed the button 3 times to get someone to fix the order but they kept canceling out the button push after a minute.
