this place doesnt even deserve a one star! chicken is always cold the times that Ive gone never once I have gotten hot chicken. Plus bad customer service, employees are always talking to each other and ignore you when you waiting to put in your order.

Food is mediocre, service is slow. The tables next to the bathroom are dirty and haven’t been clean for 2 days. Poor part on the sanitation.

I had a bad experience with the churchs chicken in Zapata texas a woman by the name of" MARIA" who identified herself as "the manager"refused to honor a coupon listed on the phone stating had to be printed out which by the way is not stated on the coupon. This is the first time of such an experience with churchs chicken this could be interpreted as false advertisement. This wo.a.aria needs more training as a manager. interpreted as false

Hot and fresh each time I visit! The restaurant sticks out like a bright and shining beacon in a cute town. Really love the crew here. They are always very helpful and the APPLE PIE is out of this world! Soooo glad they have a chicken sandwich now and their chicken tenders, omg!!. The portion sizes are so much better than everywhere else. This place just continues to get better and better!!

SUPER RUDE ALL THE TIME! I also dont know what's up with you "buffalo sauce" sometime I get told it called hot sauce and vice versa sometimes I'm even told the store doesnt order either even if I was there 2 days ago and got it. Every time I try calling I get ignored aswell
