Service is terrible here, your forced to put with them because it’s the only Pizza Hut we have in town… with that said I place on order at 9:26pm and online confirmed my order was ready 14 minutes later when my son went to pickup we was left outside for 45minutes pizza came out at 10:38pm . On top of that I had order cheese sticks with my pints and those were not prepared . Manager on duty was very rude treated us like if the service that was given was Exceptional and Great and expects for customers to be okay with their excuses given for the lack of good service

Always errors with the orders!! pizzas made wrong always. Putting toppings underneath the cheese. Not a normal way to make pizzas!! Not the first time and call to complain to get exchanged for what I specifically wanted, but they never answer the phone!! Really bad customer service!!
Ordered a personal pizza with side. Got a call from PH a couple minutes later saying they didn't have it. Told me the manager would call me in fifteen minutes to give me a refund which takes 2-3 days. That's normal but I didn't have a lot of money in my account so I asked if they could substitute for something else. They told me 1/2 a melt. Much smaller than a personal pan. I asked if they could just do 4 additional boneless wings. The employee responded with attitude "I guess" like I did something wrong. Was supposed to be ready in 15 mins. Came 20 minutes later to pick up curbside and employee said they would check on my order. I waited another 25 minutes and then just went inside and gave my name. The same guy who said he would check told me there was a problem with my order and didn't have the personal pan. I told them "I know" we had already discussed on the phone and they were just going to swap the pizza for wings. By this point I'm over it and asked how long it would be since they hadn't even started the order yet. He went and got someone else's wings and gave them to me. I drove 5 minutes back to the hotel and the wings were barely warm and hard as a rock. Almost inedible. Im glad I don't live near this location or I would never eat pizza hut again. The kitchen was also a pigsty with trash and food all over the ground, completely disgusting.

Customer service was amazing , great atmosphere and still has that Pizza Hut buffet feel . This place brought me back to my child hood , the sticker machines , and the amazing americana nostalgic feel to everything !
