My husband I were amazed at how fresh tasting the shrimp and catfish were, the homemade dipping sauce was uniquely delicious. We couldn’t not have a 1 lb burger after my grandson had recommended it, best burger in miles. Truely an unexpected treat! I had the shrimp and the catfish dinner and it was amazing. My husband had the 1lb burger basket and he said it was so delicious. We both got the fried cheese cake and we couldn't get enough of it. This was Incredible we will definitely be returning!!

The BURGER'S are so juicy and the flavor is awesome and they are one pound. The GRILLED SHRIMP IS THE BOMB! The Catfish is AMAZING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I want to say this is my number "1" place to eat at in ZAPATA TX. Dinning room is so down home my kids even enjoyed it. You won't be disappointed it is absolutely amazing food.

The burger automatically gets ALL five stars! Burgers are amazing. Now let's move on to the rest, didn't like the processed fries, some good constructive criticism: get real fresh cut potatoes fries, and this meal would be PERFECT. The fries they have aren't bad, but everyone loves real potato cut fries. SERVICE IS GREAT, and they support local military/first responders DISCOUNT. You place your order at the food truck, and they have a dine in option, where they bring you your order to your table. Have wide variety of drink options. And ordering is à la carte. Great simple clean atmosphere. Highly recommend for that amazing burger craving. Bon appétit!

We travel here each week on Business from Wisconsin. Love the burgers here, freshly made while you wait. Sisi mentioned that the patties are patted out by hand and are fresh. You can taste the freshness! Highly recommend. Going back for the Catfish
