En route from Victoria BC to the NASCAR championship race in Phoenix, my 2 sons and we swung into Arshels based on their Google Review.
Our server Sam was great. She took our order promptly and served our delicious burgers and fries. Great atmosphere and small town feel.

Food was ok but not 5 star as anticipated. Fries were not hot - burger was average - ketchup super spicy! Server was hard to hear.

We saw this cafe on our way to the post office, so we looked it up and asked a couple of local people whether it was a good place to eat. They responded with an enthusiastic “yes” so we did! We are so glad we ate here. The owner cooks his hamburgers well done, but don’t let that stop you if you usually get them less well done. The meat is fresh and cooked perfectly, and served on a delicious brioche style bun. Most of their burgers and sandwiches come with a generous portion of fresh homemade French fries. My husband had the loaded burger— their specialty with bacon, mushrooms, Swiss cheese and avocado. I had the cheeseburger. Both came with lettuce, tomato and dill pickles, and a small portion of sauce made with mayonnaise and ketchup, so the customer could choose to garnish as they liked. Service was prompt and friendly. We will definitely stop here whenever we’re in the area, and we recommend that you eat here too!

We made a pit stop for some food after a long road trip. We were pleasantly surprised by some delicious food. And the service was amazing we were a large group but our server was amazing at making sure everything was fine. Overall amazing experience!
Kid-friendliness: My little brother asked for his own meal and they made sure to listen to what he asked for. Extremely patient and sweet.

Arshels is merged with Loaded Burger now. I got a Ribeye Steak Sandwich. It was EXCELLENT. Tender meat with mushrooms and grilled onions. Highly recommend!!!

My husband had a burger which actually had a real burger patty and the bun was unique (not your typical mundane bun. He loved it.I had grilled chicken street tacos which were the best I've ever had.It was clean and had soft music in the background. Service was awesome!
