Enchiladas were decent for the price but for some reason they put a whole salad on top?!? Why?!? I’d say 4 stars if they didn’t put a whole bunch of lettuce on top. I mean INCHES thick. I couldn’t even see the enchiladas under. But the enchiladas underneath tasted great underneath for fast food

Surprisingly no fish tacos?... The chicken burrito was awesome! Good salsa! Bean burrito was solid! Everything made to order but still quick enough to make a stop on a road trip.

The Beaver 🦫 tacos were the best I’ve ever had. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious Mexican dishes. The merchandise was affordable and high quality.
We've visited this restaurant several times as we pass through central Utah. We like your restaurant so much we now even plan to stay at a Beaver hotel just so we can get dinner from you.
The bean and cheese chimichangas and horchata are amazing!! Very rarely can you these without meat. Convient and right off the highway. Skip Burger King and try something local. So glad I stopped!
