The staff was very kind, but didn't seem interested in accommodating dietary needs. I (vegan)ordered the rice bowl with no cheese, no sour cream. There was only one choice of beans. My food was average, at best. The counter staff didn't know how the refried beans were prepared.
My husband (vegetarian) was very disappointed in his food, and most of it was discarded.
We'll skip this place in the future.

Boyfriend and I went here after a day of hiking through Utah. Reviews seemed good so we wanted to try it out rather than going to a McDonald's. We paid $30 for a Chorizo Plate, Carne Asada burrito and 4 tacos. After we got it we sat in the parking lot to MUNCH. Let me tell you the tacos were DELICIOUS, meat quality was superb, boyfriend ate the Carne Asada and he said it was just Okay. Chipotle is better with their burritos. The chorizo plate was also just Okay. Overall 3.9/5

"I recently tried the asada burrito at Beaver Taco, and I can honestly say it's the best burrito I've had in Utah! Everything tasted incredibly fresh—I'm willing to bet their pico de gallo and tortillas are homemade. The burrito was massive, packed with juicy, tender steak, and they definitely don't skimp on the portions. The green sauce was delicious, with just the right amount of spice. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!"

Update: we enjoyed our experience so much we came back on our way home. The beans in my burrito were rich and flavorful, and I got this terrible feeling. I knew I had to find out as the integrity of my reviews is crucial. Sure enough, I was told the beans are cooked in lard. I am devastated. It may be possible to get a burrito without beans, but I won’t be finding out. The search continues…

The most lovely woman actually came outside to talk to us because she didn’t understand our question. We then went inside, had a wonderful conversation, and she assured me she would make me a vegan burrito. It was delicious!! They have a little salsa bar, as well. She was such a lovely person I want to go back and chat with her all day! Great food, great people - all wins!

We went to the drive through and asked about vegan options. Suddenly, a face appeared in our window! ? The most lovely woman actually came outside to talk to us because she didn’t understand our question. We then went inside, had a wonderful conversation, and she assured me she would make me a vegan burrito. It was delicious!! They have a little salsa bar, as well. She was such a lovely person I want to go back and chat with her all day! The prices are super reasonable. I’m so impressed. Great food, great people - all wins!

STOP HERE! EAT THIS FOOD! Stopped on a whim driving from Vegas to Moab. So glad we did! Friendly service, freshly made, yummy food! The chicken enchiladas and beef chimichanga were fresh and flavorful! If we lived here, we’d be regulars!
