Delicious food with amazingly thick tortillas. It's very classic taco shop fare, but among the best I've ever had. The portion sizes are huge, particularly for the price, so expect a lot of food for a good price. Quick service as well.

An I-15 oasis. A key milestone in becoming a full Utahn is stopping at Beaver Taco.
Had their asado burrito. Was kinda pricey at around $11 or so for just the burrito. Wasn't amazing, wasn't horrible. The taste got a little blad by the end so I didn't finish it. Don't think I'd ever go back. Wasn't anything special.

The Trucking Surfer
As a truck driver that turns around in Beaver often. Beaver taco has always been a great place for quick food that tastes great. They're salsa/hot sauce bar is the beast. And love stocking up on Mexican candy to have in the lunchbox periodically.
Was driving through in my personal vehicle with family in town from Hawaii/Ohio on our home from Zions and had to make a stop with ten of us so they could enjoy a little local Beaver flavor as well.

The variety and flavors of their salsas were the best part. Gristle and fatty chicken and pork in the street tacos. Sadly, everything was served on styrofoam. Very long wait...over half an hour for our family of 4.
