We used the app and provided the code, cashier failed to ask us what kind of drink and just gave us 2 cokes. She didn't give us time to request condiments or extra napkins. Failed to provide me with my receipt, but they sure did ask me to pull forward and wait for my 2 regular whoppers. We should have tried Beaver Taco across the street!!!

The boy at the register was absolutely rude to my mother he got irritated when she couldn't hear him then argued with her about the menu granted the lobby was about to close but you could have been nicer absolutely worse service And the manger seems like he lets this boy push him around And our nuggets were not fully cooked

The workers here are insanely rude. And it took forever to get the food. I accidentally placed a drive through order because I was tired and had been driving 7 hours and the guy had to announce it to everyone that I did so... I mean who cares? I'm here to get the food, just give it to me. Who cares if it's at the drive through or at the front? Also, a guy came in and asked about his sandwich and the same dude made a snarky comment about the guys question. Look I know your life sucks, you work at Burger King, but treat people like humans, not like garbage. Sheesh....

When my family and I went here on our way back from a trip to Disneyland in December of 2024, we stopped here for lunch. I ordered nuggets, fries, and a drink. I know people don't typically say this, but the nuggets are actually really good. The fries were salted extremely well. I don't know if this depends on the location, but Burger King has always had a place in my heart. I remember playing in the play area when I was a kid. (This was at a location in West Jordan.) I can't wait to come back to a location of BK soon.
