Typical McDonald's but this one is cleaner than most and the service was incredibly fast. And the people treated us like we were very special customers.

The place looked dank fr fr. It was dark and not clean AT ALL. it seems like they don't even clean the place. Also, there was this slimy brown Grey thing in my chickens nugget. The only good thing was my crocs. The place was so skibidi and not sigma fr fr ?

The employees were so friendly, facility was clean even though it was busy. I saw all the workers doing something, no standing around. The food came out quickly, was hot and not thrown together in the bag. The order was 100% correct which for a McDonald’s is unheard of. On top of that, there ice cream machine was working! Crazy, right?! I recommend this place if you’re needing a quick bite while passing through.

I walked in with my service dog I stood there for 20 minutes why was ignored someone tried to pet my service dog my dog bark and the lady came out then and asked me if my dog was a service dog apparently she can't read English because he had the best on that said service dog

I've never been more disappointed in customer service. I walked in and the dining room was supposed to be open for another hour and twenty minutes but the majority of the dining room was already partitioned off. No one was at the front counter or even keeping an eye on the front counter. I waited around for a couple minutes and then went to order on the kiosk. When I ordered on the kiosk, I requested my food be for dine in. I went to find a table in the small part of the dining room that was available and the tables were messy covered in French fries and nuggets that were all over the table, chairs, and floor, along with ketchup and mustard that were smeared everywhere. There was one part of one table that was clear. I went to use the bathroom and found that both toilets in the women's restroom were clogged and the bathroom was as messy as the tables available. I went back to the front counter as I was unable to use the restroom for myself or my toddler to change her diaper and I waited and no one walked up to the counter to speak to me even though more than one employee made eye contact with me as they passed. As I was waiting another man walked in and ordered on the kiosk and then selected the pay with cash option. He stood and waited for barely a minute and some grumpy McDonald's worker walks up and asks if he's waiting to pay. She takes his money, once again looked at me and didn't acknowledge me before walking away. I get my food after this man got his and after a few cars had gone through the drive through and they hand it to me in a bag for a to go order. I ask the man for the store number and he tells me he doesn't know the number of the store he works for and when I press him about it he tells me, I'm welcome to walk outside and look at the window next to the drive through and get it myself. I have a toddler and she is standing right next to me and it's dark outside. I walk away and as I'm sitting down with my food I can hear the manager ask him if I asked for the store number and what was wrong. He tells her that he did everything I asked and he doesn't know. No one walked over to me to find out my complaint. Then as I'm eating in a small clean part of the restaurant surrounded by a mess a group of college kids walk in and want to eat and order. No one came to greet them and they order on the kiosk and then stand around loudly complaining that there's nowhere clean to sit. Still no worker comes out to help or clean or even find out what was wrong. I finish up and leave and clear the area where I was sitting for them to sit. As I'm getting in my car I can see this group of college kids who are customers cleaning the nasty area so they all can sit. I have called to file a complaint with the customer service number but have received no call back or response after two attempts at calling them.
