My family and I left and we ended up stopping at the Subway at the TA in Parowan which had much better customer service. We will never stop at the Subway in Beaver again which was our usual stopping point when travelling up and down I15

We arrived at 8:40 PM and the girl working told us they closed the lobby in 5 minutes so we couldn’t stay and eat. We ordered and went out and sat in the car and ate. As we were walking out they had some of their friends or family come in and they hurried and locked the door 15 minutes before they were supposed to close. Another customer showed up at 8:50 and asked if he could order and they told him no and told him they were closed. This is crap. The employee was rude and I will never be back.

This Subway has some of the coldest freshest vegetables I've ever seen at a Subway. The tomatoes were especially red and beautiful. The workers were nice and pleasant. The restaurant is very clean. I am hoping my review will help because this is really a GREAT Subway!

Absolutely the worst Subway we have ever eaten at. Sandwiches were made extremely messy, bacon was placed on the sandwich raw, and expected to cook why they warmed up the sandwich in the over, and the chicken was spoiled.

The absolute rudest staff my wife and I have ever experienced. It felt like the sandwich maker and the cashier just got insanely bad news or something, that’s what it felt like. We smiled, no smiles back, said thank you and please, nothing back except nasty nasty, curt, tones. And not only to us but to the family in front of us. We all looked at each other like WTH? And then on top of that they gave us the wrong cookies than what we ordered.Would never go back. You may not like your job but no need to be a jerk to customers.

Then the girl with our food, walked to the door, looked at our car, and put it back in the take out spot. I walked in after seeing that subway had cancelled my pick up. It was sitting in the take out area. I picked up the receipt to see if there was a problem with the app, and to my surprise it said stated in bold letters, “SEDAN”, “WHITE”, and “CURBSIDE”. All the while the employees are laughing loudly without a care in the world. No worries tho right!? It happens. Well we start to eat our food and realize that they forgot the salt and pepper on both the sandwiches, didn’t even cook the bacon, and forgot the napkins. Go. Subway.

This place had some good sandwiches. If you saw my last review I got just about the same stuff but this time they had guacamole. The place was big and it was also fairly clean. My sandwich was good and had all the right flavors. Honestly if you need something to eat when traveling to Bryce this would be a good place to go.
