food was mushy, payed for 3 ranches and they didn’t give me any when i asked them for ranch (very politely btw) they only gave me 2 and when i asked for at least one more they said i had to pay for another ranch. the workers were very rude

They routinely have kiosks down so ordering is impossible. The staff is not trained to take orders when the kiosks are busy. Today there were two families ordering huge orders and there was no one being served Food. Clearly, the owner does not know that this is going on or it is ignoring the fact that the kiosks are down and there is no way to order otherwise. I wonder how many sales they are missing. Otherwise, I have eaten here when I can order and the food is great. Typical Wendy’s without being able to order.
This situation must be new because all the old reviews are positive. It is a shame to have a good franchise being run so poorly.

I was charged $.50 for barbecue sauce to use for my french fries. Note, this wasn’t for an extra barbecue sauce. It was for any sauce at all.
That aside, the woman working the counter was abrupt. Not rude, but not friendly.

Food was ok, nothing special but nothing awful. The restaurant as a whole was not very clean, 1 soda machine was broken, but the worst part was the bathrooms. The men’s room was gross per my husband and son, and the women’s room was ok in cleanliness expect they have large bent over metal latches exposed on the outsides of the stalls that are extremely sharp and dangerous. Trying to enter the stall and walk past a person washing their hands my sweatshirt caught and tore a hole right through it! Super upsetting and disappointing. Also a huge safety hazard for children for the height they are located at and how sharp they are.

Take out, bacon cheeseburger was not good had a weird smell to it. I should not have eaten it. Been speeding down the road & barely making the bathroom. I will no longer eat at a Wendy's. Not taking anymore chances I live on the road not fun when you feel bad.

Arrived at 9:30 pm. All doors to get in were locked, but there were people standing around in the lobby. This place has never had good service, even when I was able to get in.

It's pretty sad that the food never looks like the commercials. Wendy's boasts fresh hot fries while the ones they serve me were cold. When I opened my hamburger, it had so much sauce on it that it was difficult to eat. I've never been so disgusted with a Wendy's in my life. The sad part is is the employees knew that they either gave me old food, or they knew that they had employees cooking and bagging orders who didn't give a crap. Sadly, Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave

I went in this morning at 10:20 for breakfast. They flipped the menus right in front of me and when I tried to order the worker said he had to get permission to take a breakfast order. He asked her right in front of me and SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE glared at me and said “NO ITS LUNCH TIME!” Needless to say with an attitude like that, I walked out. If I could give a zero stars, I would

Worst fast food experience in years. You only order via a screen. It was a struggle to get someone to help since the computer screens were having issues. Place stunk to high heaven. Bathrooms were so bad we all went to the restroom next door. Food. Was cold and stale. Employees GRUMPS! Avoid this place like the plague!!!
