Worst fast food experience in years. You only order via a screen. It was a struggle to get someone to help since the computer screens were having issues. Place stunk to high heaven. Bathrooms were so bad we all went to the restroom next door. Food. Was cold and stale. Employees GRUMPS! Avoid this place like the plague!!!

Disgusting Wendy’s . They hadn’t cleaned either the men’s or women’s bathrooms. The dining room was in horrendous condition, food, and trash all over the place.

The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Garbage was coming out of the garbage cans all over the floor. Something had spilled on the floor outside the restrooms, and a worker walked right past it. When I told them the restrooms needed cleaning, the young man at the counter just stared at me and didn’t even acknowledge that I had just spoken to him. He was very rude, and instead of going to clean up, he sat down at a table and got on his phone. We will never stop here again.

The women’s restroom was seriously disgusting. I needed to use the changing table and it was gray from how dirty it was. Didn’t have any liners. Toilet paper was not in the dispenser. And the door to the stall it was in didn’t even have a lock, so we didn’t have any privacy. 🙃 the restaurant itself was swarming with flies.

I have never had a worse experience at a Wendy’s before. I don’t leave reviews so that goes to show how bad it was. They make you order at a kiosk which is an awfully inefficient process. Every person that ordered at the kiosk agreed it took literally 10 times longer than to just order with a person at the register. It also would not let us use a coupon in the Wendy’s app. Then there was a 15 person lineup of people still waiting to get their food. I ordered three medium fries and had to wait 25 minutes. The bathrooms were also disgusting and dirty.

I've been to this Wendy's many times for many years. I'm finally fed up enough to leave a review. They have NEVER completed my order correctly. One time I got singles instead of doubles but I was already on the road before I noticed. The kiosks are fine but I don't think that should mean the employees act like you don't exist. I tried to thank them for my food and they wouldn't respond or look at me. The food was good but totally incorrect. The facility itself is disgusting. Super dirty and gross. The bathrooms...omg. the doors don't even shut. Step it up.

So we had a stop at this Wendys on a Trip. 1st of all the Toilets are digusting! 2nd I got the Wrong Burger in my Order and on top of that I had PAPER underneath my Cheese!!!! Just found out After a few bites! Thats gross!!!! I ordered an Large Combo with an Double-Baconator and a Fanta-Grape! Unfortunately i found out about the screwed Order when I was back on the Highway…
They don't open at 6:30. THEY OPEN WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT. LOL.. MAYBE THEY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO TELL TIME.

They make you order on a kiosk which you assume would make food come out faster but unfortunately no. The staff do not speak to people even when giving your order. But they get the job done and its convenient for location.

Ordered through the app because it would not recognize my rewards qr code. Food was bland the app ordered my food wrong I tried the pop tart strawberry mixer but they used chocolate instead of vanilla ice cream. Yuck.

Do not go here. We were on our way home from kanab to slat lake city and we were hungry so we went to Wendy’s in beaver we have to wait 45 minutes to get our food and they were not wearing gloves to make the food and there was no doctor Pepper don’t go there.
