Under new management! Time was 1 p.m. Wednesday 12/3/25 Went to try it out to see if their was improvements on Custumer Service, Accuracy on order and Food out in a timely manner. ✔️, ✔️ & ✔️ ✔️
Was a little worried when we walked in due to high schoolers still for lunch break. But decided NOPE! We here! We're going to see what happens!
We were not dissapointed! Very friendly order taker, food was out within 4 to 5 min! We were mind blown 🤯 Donavan your doing a fantastic job! 👏

This A&W Restaurant inside the Gas Station is very cool, the burgers were good, the root beers from soda machine was a Masterpiece. If you sit on the other side of the Store, You Get A GOOD VIEW of the Real Bowling Alley inside the Gas Station, It was the most rarest And best Gas stations I've ever encountered and been in, Also, they fixed a mistake I didn't order, and They Listened Really Close, The Employees were kind people, if You like A&W's root beer, This Location is Perfect for you!

Always check when ordering through the drive thru. They get the orders wrong and when you call to complaint nothing is done about it.

45 minute wait for food. It was that way when I got there. People had been waiting 45 minutes. I was stuck with a flat tire on my motorcycle and was the only place to eat.

Unfortunately a bad experience.
The salesperson did not speak very clearly, but nevertheless took the order correctly. However, I did not receive what I had ordered. When I went back and pointed this out, I was only told that they had forgotten to pass on the order. I was left standing there.
When I asked explicitly whether I could also receive MY order, the question was answered in the negative.
It was the last time for me.
Mistakes can happen, but it's part of common decency to be able to deal with them properly if it wasn't the customer's fault.

Hours listed on Sunday till 9pm are incorrect. We arrived at 8:30pm, lights were on workers were there, but I was told they were closed by counter worker. When I mentioned the hours said 9pm he told me that they closed at 8pm and leave at 9pm. Which doesn't make any sense and I am sure people just wanted to get home early. Hours listed should be 8pm if you stop serving and are just cleaning up. Hours have never worked that way.

I have multiple bad experiences. Today's purchase pushed me over the edge, to become a Karen. I wouldn't recommend ordering a float through the drive thru. They really do not care if it over flows in your car, just as long as they product goes out the window in a timely manner. When I asked if he could put it in a different cup he slammed the window shut and told me that I had to wait until he decided to give it to me. This place could really use new management and a staff face lift.

We usually eat here whenever we are in Blanding, and this time around, the place was dirty. We had to ask for a rag to wipe the table we wanted to use. There were 3 staff on duty at the time, and surely, 1 could've taken the time to wipe the tables and seats. The food was delicious, though.

Went thru drive thru employee first burped into mic then asked for order. He couldn't understand the order kept asking to repeat only want 2 root beer freezes one island freeze. Got drinks and one root beer freeze wasn't made right. So had to go in to get it replaced. Don't go there if you can avoid it.
