For a fast food place, the food was decent. Very good selection of choices. Atmosphere is pleasant, and being right next to the bowling alley gives it a nice feeling of nostalgia. Although coming here for lunch is a hit or miss, and this depends on the mood of the person attending you. If the person is in a good mood, the food seems to come out within 15 minutes. Although if the person is in a bad mood, expect very bad service. Asking one question just to confirm if something is included will give you the "eye roll" look. Another was when I ordered something to go and, I admit I must've missed the call of the order for the pick up which is my fault, though going to the counter and trying to get the attention of the worker was met with pure ignorance. Despite him being just three steps away from the counter, he refused to acknowledge my presence and continued to scoop fries. I just wanted to confirm if my order was the bag that was sitting on the counter. Even another customer was quite upset as she told me that the same thing happened to her. Clearly, this person is not happy about working there. Thankfully, the bag did turn out to be mine, but I honestly feel that something needs to be done about that employee. While I understand the position may not be a great one, this doesn't mean to act miserable and pass it to others.

Don’t eat here if you want fast food. Ive never waited longer for food in my life. I’ve been here thrice:
The two times I have been here by myself, I sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with nobody else in line. One time was for a burger and one time was for a root beer float. With nobody else in line, 15 minutes is ridiculous to pour a cup of soda and drop a scoop of ice cream.
The most recent time I went, there were 3 of us and we went inside. One person was ahead of us waiting for his food already (which he didn’t get for about 15 minutes). Our party of three ordered 3 burgers and 2 fries and we didn’t get our food for 45 minutes.
However, the mushroom burger was incredible! Also, make sure you ask for fry sauce with the fries!

We waited close to an hour for our food. I was asked to use to kiosk to order but when I did it wouldn’t take my payment. After placing the order and finally paying we waited 55 minutes to get our food. After we got it, it was missing an item. We were just driving through and won’t be returning so not to add an hour to our trip.

Man in picture is very rude and doesn’t seem ti like his job but Me and my friend where standing in line and my friend has a disability and he make random noises here and there and he made one in line and the cashier looked at him and he said I’m sorry and the cashier said sorry for what and proceeds to call him stupid for standing around and looking stupid and his was very rude and took over 20 minutes for a single ice cream. And was covered in trash.

So Incredibly slow. Took 25 min to get our food. There was only 3 cars in the drive through and 3 orders ahead of us inside. The staff hardly moved. Didn't seem like they wanted to be rushed and the girl working the counter, literally only worked the counter. Didn't help move things faster along at all. A sit down restaurant would have been faster.

We stopped for a root beer and snacks on a long road trip. It was a Thursday afternoon about 2pm.
We waited for over 25 minutes for our order of onion rings and mini corn dogs and it still hadn’t been made. After 25 minutes and they weren’t calling anywhere near our order number so we inquired. It was going to take nearly another 25 minutes to fill our simple order so we forfeited our food. Bummer.
I make this drive on a regular basis but this was the 2nd bad experience I had here so I will for sure not waste my time or money there ever again.

Definitely American (as in greed) definitely NOT 'Pub Style Fish & Chips ' . Three tiny pieces of cod that wouldn't equal one piece of pub cod. Nothing like the picture. $13 for $3.00 worth of food, mostly fries. Would pay $6 happily. But I imagine it's the same at all A & W s, so not their fault. It's a dirty place, but that doesn't bother me as much as feeling like I've been ripped off.
