BBQ nachos; needed more beans, brisket pieces very salty. You order when you walk in, pick your food up when your buzzer goes off, get your own drink and utensils, paper towels on table, and bus your table when you are finished. I saw waiststaff checking on other patrons, but not us. So happy I tipped 20%. Not worth $80+ for 2 people without alcohol or dessert.

10/10 Had a late Sunday lunch when they opened at 4pm. Food was excellent, staff was very friendly and forthcoming, and the location nested in that small town of Bluff was simply awesome! 🤩

We had a good take-out meal here in October. After you order at the counter, you'll get a buzzer to alert you when your order is ready. While you're waiting, you can help yourself to an array of BBQ sauces by squeezing them into little plastic containers. Unfortunately there was no way to label the containers so those in our hotel room could choose. The barbecue is good, not great (but we're picky). Sides are fine. Very pleasant service.

Beacon of food & drink in the desert after dark. My partner and I drove 25 miles to find a meal! We were thrilled to see a veggie burger on the menu, as plant based people we were expecting a fries-only situation. Service was great :) only place open in Bluff, even though others said they were open online.

My husband ordered the two meat platter with brisket and chicken thighs, he absolutely loved it. I ordered the mesa macha tacos which were super fresh and not heavy, plus the green salsa was delicious. The hatch chile mac n cheese was one of the best mac and cheese dishes I ever had in my life, it added a freshness and delicious tang that makes mac n cheese not feel as heavy and enhanced the flavor. The desserts were delicious as well and the staff was very nice!

We were so lucky to find Canyon Smokehouse on our trip to Bluff. The food is incredible. I had the taco salad with Achiote chicken. So good! Their smoked brisket was also delicious and every one of the BBQ sauces were awesome. The staff is super friendly and the decor is fun. Don't miss it!
