When I visited in October to get takeout, the menu was very limited. The food was fine but nothing special. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant is in a hotel complex and was a bit hard to find in the dark.

We stopped in to get a cappuccino and latte while passing through Bluff. Paid $12 for these items, waited 10 minutes to receive them, then hit the road. Both items were the worst coffee products we have ever had. If we weren‘t in a hurry to get to Phoenix, we would have turned around and gone back to return them. They have what appears to be high quality espresso equipment. I chock the poor product quality and service to the poor quality of espresso beans, milk, and operation of the espresso machine. Poor attention to consistent quality of product and service, definitely a management problem. I pass through Bluff a lot. I‘ll skip this place from now on.

I usually get a pepperoni pizza whenever I’m in town or driving through. The Cedar Shack is a great place to get food after hiking all day. I’ve eaten here probably close to 10 times and the food and service have been outstanding! Another reason why I love eating here is the view. You are literally at the base of these incredible sandstone cliffs eating delicious food!

Stopped in for breakfast. Food was good but the wait was long. Ate in but it came out to go. 1/2 the food came out 1/2 hr before the other half. Order was missing a coffee and instead of the ordered omelette got a burrito. Couldn’t wait any longer for the correct order just ate the burrito.

The girl at the counter was very patient as we decided what to order (chicken bacon ranch + 2 Desert Sunrise smoothies). Food came quickly and was amazing. Best CBR pizza I have had. Nice patio and indoor seating.

I had Navajo Ash bread and a chicken bacon salad..both excellent. Sat on the shaded patio..The young lady working was very nice! The only reason for the 4 stars is that you have to walk to another building to buy and beer and use the restroom

2 barely warm pizzas for a 55-minute wait. We still hadn't seen the wings after an hour of waiting. We waited patiently because we were hungry; had we known it would be this long for food, we would have never ordered. Please leave with a refund after 15-20 minutes, or else you'll be waiting for barely warm food.

We stayed a few places in Utah, and this resort was our family favorite, We did breakfast twice. The first morning the woman was unfriendly, but the food was good. But the second day the girl who served us was very kind. We dropped our smoothie, and she remade it for us of free, she also asked us about our trip and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our time. The cook was also very kind, although I did not catch her name. I believe the cashiers name was lizzie but I could be wrong. we hope to come back soon!

Food was better than i expected. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza and got a regular crust pizza. Service took about 20 minutes. The chicken wings were good.

Dietary restrictions: Got a crust with gluten when i ordered the cauliflower crust 😔

Kid-friendliness: There is a nice play area and a big in ground pool on site. Just a very short walk from any room accommodation.

Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant on the first floor level.

Placed an order online and received notification the order was ready. Showed up at the counter and it appeared there was only one worker taking orders and preparing the food. Waited for ten minutes while the worker prepared four salads before being acknowledged. Asked about my order and was told they didn’t see it come through.

1. I would suggest not having an online ordering system if the staff is not managing.
2. Don’t automatically have it tell patrons it’s ready when it hasn’t even been acknowledged.

When speaking to the working about the order she seemed flustered with the amount of backorders she was currently working and didn’t seem to know how to proceed with my order. While waiting, I watched her take a knife to a frozen block of chicken like an ice pick and then throw into the microwave for service so I made it easy and just asked for a refund. I saw other patrons who appeared to have left and returned to find their order was still not ready. I would recommend more staffing to get these types of issues corrected.

Had dinner here one night on a recent holiday. My family had pizza and I had a salad. All were really tasty. They were busy so it took a little while but that wasn't too much of an issue.

You don't need to be a hotel resident to eat pizza. How precise and really good! In terms of quality, the seasoning is contained and well balanced. You can order directly at the register and choose from the menu. Once you order they will give you a disk that will just light up and be ready. Extended parking no need to pay.

Parking: As soon as you enter you will see several areas for parking without problems.
