Dukes of Bluff, Utah, desperately wants you to believe it’s a five-star, Michelin-worthy restaurant, never mind the fact that it’s nestled in a town where the only thing faster than a horse and buggy is how quickly you’ll regret your reservation. They bend over backwards to invent “innovative” dishes, which is impressive considering they only seem to have about five ingredients. The menus are so overcomplicated you’d think they were hiding state secrets, not yesterday’s reheated leftovers. And let’s not forget the prices, because nothing says fine dining like paying triple for a disappointing experience.

Duke’s restaurant truly amazed me! The dishes were incredibly delicious, and the presentation made me feel as if I were dining in a Michelin-star restaurant in Europe. Everything was absolutely perfect. A huge thank you to the chef for such outstanding food and to the entire team for their excellent service. I highly, highly recommend this place!

What a welcome culinary respite Duke’s is in the beautiful Utah middle of nowhere! We loved everything about the restaurant, from the creative menu options to the attentive, friendly service of Kerry, the restaurant manager, and the lovely, artful surroundings. My husband’s filet was prepared to perfection and the mushroom ravioli that I choose was delicious. Be sure to order the Crab Avocado Boat—-an incredible, colorful starter choice that’s big enough for two!

This was undeniably one of the best meals I’ve ever had! Only complaint…. The portions were HUGE! We had the sweetest, most attentive waitress Synessa! The crab stuffed avocado on the appetizer menu was outstanding! We got 2 perfect avocado halves filled with the crab, mango salad! To die for! Enough for a full meal if you’re a light eater! I had the wild mushroom ravioli with a wonderful sundried tomato cream sauce & my sister had the sage infused chicken with carmalized brussel sprouts & she loved it! I ordered a garden salad & it was so big I didn’t even get to eat it! We ate outside as there were fans & a nice breeze! A wonderful ending to a perfect day!

Just had the Southwest burger. Muy delicious. So big my wife and I split it. Served on pretzel bun with avocado, mushrooms, greens, onions, cheese and tomato. Great service. Saw roadrunner near restaurant.
Loved the atmosphere- very chill. Nice outside deck. Classy casual restaurant. No alcohol, but worth it. Food was excellent. Salmon with fresh asparagus and real mashed potatoes. The burger was delicious & perfectly cooked to me desired temperature. French fries were excellent. Great staff.

While visiting the area, my husband and I went to Dukes both days we were visiting. The 1st day, we had the house salad, mushroom ravioli, sage infused chicken, and ended it with Jordan's Palm Coffee and carrot cake. On the 2nd day, we split the filet mignon, cauliflower soup, ended it with cheese cake, and Jordan's Palm coffee. Our meals were presented in an artistic way with an edible flower topping them, and the plates were warmed to help maintain the temperature of our meal. Every single bite was absolutely delicious. If we come back through, we will return to Duke's. We did recommend Duke's to another couple at our lodge note. They came too and also loved. The service was fabulous. They were quick and checked in on us. Very hospitable! I'd definitely recommend the Jordan's Palm coffee!! They really need to add a coffee shop to their amenities because it was the best I ever tasted by far! Carrie was our server on our 2nd day, and she was amazing! She made the coffee, and she definitely has a passion and love for coffee and needs to start her own coffee shop!!! Kudos! 1st day, our server was Synessa. She was so sweet and answered all of our questions to help us with our 1st day there. Please don't miss out on this caliber of a meal and service. It's affordable, and wow, I'm so glad we didn't miss out on this gem! Very light relaxing low-key music playing through the restaurant. Very clean. Pleasant atmosphere.

First class restaurant with first class service and the food is Michelin star Worthy from the presentation to The Taste temperature was perfect even served on warm plates my wife and I were only in town for 2 days we ate here on the first day and made a point to go back on the second day thank you to all the staff and the chef and a special thank you to Carrie for the best cup of Gourmet eligible list coffee
