A woman who was either the manager or owner of the restaurant was seated in the booth next to ours. She immediately started yelling out to people seated across the restaurant from us. She then called over a server who had to deal with a returned dish from a different table and berated the server for all to hear. We naturally assumed she was the manager or owner who didn’t know enough to at least do this in private and not in front of the whole restaurant. We asked the hostess/waitress to move tables after she yelled to a table of 6 young men, “ No hand holding over there.” Obviously a homophobic comment. The man seated with her even asked her not to say such things as it may embarrass the men, to which she replied, “It’s meant to.” If we hadn’t already ordered we would have walked out. But we switched tables, ate a good breakfast and tipped our servers, who most likely are trapped working for that awful manager, and tipped them generously. We would highly recommend Dukes or Canyon Smokehouse or Comb Ridge Eat +Drink and any other place in Bluff and surrounding areas before this place. The servers were great and we want to support local businesses, but this owner or manager had convinced us to avoid Twin Rocks Cafe.

The worst place! Management doesn’t know what they are doing
Cafe hosted a high school band to play while we ate. The music was great and the staff was hospitable. LOVED IT.

That was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in my life! I’d never have thought pumpkin seeds would go with blueberry pancakes but it was amazing! The sausage was also some of the best I’ve ever had. My server was super nice. I don’t get down to southern Utah very often but from now on I’m passing through just to come to this cafe.

My husband and I spent 4 nights in Bluff during the month of January. There were two restaurants open - Twin Rocks was open for lunch on the days we were there. We ate lunch here three times and each time we were very pleased! The last time we had lunch here, Rockie, was our server. She was very helpful with answering our questions about some menu items. We also got a takeout of salads with grilled chicken to have for dinner at our hotel one evening. Everything we had was fresh, delicious and flavorful! Highly recommend this restaurant!

The regret i have: not coming back sooner. Everything we had, down to the toast, was fantastic. Flavor throughout every bite of my order. Frybread was the best I have had to date. Everything was fresh. I Reccomend not passing by this gem. You will leave more than satisfied. This will be a regular from this point on.

One of the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. I’d never have thought pumpkin seeds would go well with blueberry pancakes but it was amazing. The sausage was really good too. My waitress was fantastic as well. This place had really good vibes overall. I’m not down in this corner of the state very often, but in the future I’ll be making detours just to come back here.
Amazingly tasteless place. I stopped by because it was a unique restaurant located on the way to Moab, but it wasn't really delicious. I thought I could at least enjoy the view, but even the store's trademark twin rock is not visible from inside the restaurant. I was interested in Indian food, so I ordered it, but they were out of bread, chicken, and pork. Not ready. Jikworm is still kind.

I was too hungry to stop to take pictures of our orders, so you have to take my word for it, that the food was as presentable as it was delicious. We ordered the kids meal with the blue pancakes sandwich, 2 orders of frybread biscuits and gravy and the Bears Ears scramble. They were all SO, SO good!! Our waitress was thoughtful and efficient. The dining area was clean and the adjoining gift shop had many choices, both food items and souvenirs, to want to purchase and take home. What a lovely experience it was. Worth the time to stop, take a load off, and fill your belly. If we get to pass through again, I know where we'll be eating!

Great accommodations for campers on the road! Bathrooms are small but there is hot water (if you haven't had it in a while). EV drivers: there are 2 type 1 (J1772) chargers on the outside (free, unregistered on Chargepoint).

Was amazing to visit this lovely place again!
We really enjoyed the Bear Ears and the Benne, both vegetarian. Both done with fry bread, totally yummy breakfast. Highly recommended. Oh, and the desserts! And no, we could only finish half of everything. Tip: the desserts were so big that we put the leftovers in paper coffee cups provided by Tom, great waiter.
