This place was FIRE! Allie, was so nice to me, and explained everything so well (Shhh, I am from out of state). The food here was amazing. Devon runs a tight crew and Kameron is an AMAZING cook. Highly recommend you eat here the next time a craving hits. You won’t be disappointed.

Not too impressed with the drive thru. There was no guacamole on the taco salads. I asked three (3) times for them to add lime to my diet pepsi and they still didn't do it. And charging $2 for a medium drink add on? Even Mcdonald's only charges $1 for a large drink. They don't even have Pepsi Zero Sugar which is a far superior drink. This is why I don't eat at any Arctic Circle anymore.

I had the unfortunate experience of ordering on their website this evening. I was presented with the options of ‘carry out’ or ‘delivery’. I opted for delivery, entered my information, tip amount and the placed the order. After an hour I called to get an update and the woman on the phone repeatedly said ‘we don’t do deliveries’. She would not listen to a word I had to say and said I couldn’t have placed a delivery order because they aren’t offered. Despite all my receipts and charges by arctic circle for both a delivery fee and a tip she said I have to pick it up. Eventually a driver was assigned by the delivery service and he brought the melted shakes and cold food to my house after his run in with the same person who denied that they allow deliveries. I’ve never seen a restaurant behave so poorly on a simple online order. The driver arrived 1.5 hrs later and he never received any payment from the service either so I had to pay again for his services.

Arctic circle is a a leson is a lesson on how to run a crappy business. The manager is obviously incompetent. But I think the incompecy goes higher than that. The staff looked lazy and underworked. The bathrooms are beyond description other than they are super nasty filth everywhere. I think I saw poop in the sink. I would tell you to get it to go, but I don't think that's gonna help your situation. The store is Filthy!!
I had lunch there and was super, super impressed with Gloria. She is way good at her job. I felt welcome and was asked how I was doing and offered any additional help. She made my day.

We just needed a quick meal for the family, and they have a great deal that’s something like 5 sandwiches for $8. We ordered 2 bags and added 2 large fries, and ended up waiting 25 minutes in the drive through. Nobody was in front of us, so that seemed a little excessive… Arctic Circle is what it is, their shakes are great, burgers are burgers and if they were a little quicker we may go back more often.

The friendliest place I've been. We don't live in this area. We come here for family. Every time we eat here, we leave talking about how nice everyone is and the quality of the food. I can't say enough about how great this Arctic Circle is. I love their taco salad. My son loves their shrimp, and my husband love their halibut. We all love their ice cream!!!
