The girls were so sweet, but unfortunately my drink was horrendously sour. I ordered an iced chai with oat milk, and it was incredulously sour and tasted spoiled. I feel it was a waste of money because I spent $16 on a medium iced chai and a sausage egg and cheese with a tip, and I couldn’t even drink more than a sip without feeling sick. :/

I love coming to this location and most of that is due to one of the baristas Chelsea. Everytime I come in she remembers me and remembers what drinks I like. Honestly she makes my drinks the best too, she always has great positive energy. I love this location and that amazing barista is the reason I don’t go to any other coffee shops in the morning anymore!!

I order a large hot cocoa. Drive to the window and she verifies the order and says "large hot mocha". I correct her and say no I ordered a large hot cocoa and she says okay. Comes back and gives me my total, I pay and tip her, she gives me my drink and I drive away. Take a sip and it is a mocha! Why verify the order if you're not going to fix it when it is incorrect? Very poor customer service. I'll just drive to the Beans and Brews down the road on 126000 S next time.

Underwhelming Experience with a Few Bright Spots

Beans and Brews Cafe has a cozy atmosphere and looks like the perfect spot to grab a coffee and unwind, but my visit left much to be desired. I ordered a cappuccino and a turkey club sandwich, expecting solid cafe fare. Unfortunately, both fell short of expectations.

The cappuccino was disappointing — it was more milk than espresso, and it lacked the rich, balanced flavor I was hoping for. It also arrived barely warm, so by the time I was halfway through, it was cold. The turkey club sandwich looked appealing but was mostly bread, with only a thin layer of turkey and vegetables. The bread itself was slightly stale, making the sandwich dry and a bit hard to enjoy.

Service was friendly, but slow, especially considering the cafe wasn’t busy at the time. I waited over 20 minutes for my sandwich, which felt long for a place that serves mostly simple, pre-prepared items. Staff members seemed distracted and didn’t check in after bringing the food.at all and kept waiting for more than 15 minutes

Beans and Brews has potential as a cozy, relaxing spot, but the quality of the food and drinks, along with the slow service, makes it hard to recommend. Hopefully, they can improve in these areas to create a better experience for customers.

This is the only coffee place in the area and right by my house so I end up going multiple times a week. THey get my order wrong almost every single time. This morning they handed me the wrong drink, I then repeated my order back to her to make sure that she got it correctly this time, which she said she did. Then 5 minutes later I realized it was wrong again. They are more expensive now than most surrounding coffee houses both local and chain. The fact that I spend on $8 on a basic latte and then have it wrong most of the time is really disappointing. I do write a ton of reviews but this morning I think I was extremely irritated after telling her for a second what my order was only to have it wrong again after spending my money.

Baristas seemed really confused. I went in the drive thru with a simple order: cookie monster frappe with whipped cream, and a pumpkin fratelli frappe with caramel. At the box, they read it back as an iced fratelli. I corrected them that it should be a frappe, with caramel. Got to the window, they read it back as being iced AGAIN. So for the third time, I repeated my order. Paid for it, and they started to hand us the drinks. We had to ask for whipped cream on the cookie monster AGAIN, and then they handed us an ICED fratelli. So after repeating our order 3 times, they still failed to get it right. We had wasted enough time by this point that we just left. Worst service I've ever seen from a B&B, we will not be coming back

I usually make my own coffee but ended up stopping here today. The coffee was good… it’s not like this awe inspiring coffee that makes me shout from the rooftops. It’s just drive through coffee. But, the employee at check out was super friendly and I overall had a good experience.

I haven't had issues with service like other reviews. My issue is, this coffee(if you can even call it that) is just disgusting. I don't understand the hype. My drink always tastes like it was made with instant coffee mix, artifical and watered down. The refreshers are also disgusting, a thick syrupy mess, like a popsicle was left to melt in a cup. Are refreshers not supposed to be light and refreshing because it's not even close to that. I guess I could see a place like the appealing to teens but if you're looking for a real cup of coffee, this place is NOT it.
