Finally and healthy option in Bluffdale. Food is always good and they have incredible service. When I was there it appeared the new girl was being trained, so I always try to give grace to the newbie’s. Looking forward to the next meal.

BE CAREFUL. They automatically add a tip to your bill when ordering at the drive thru and you have to manually remove it. Isn't it their job to prepare your order and bring it to the window for you? What is there about that that deserves a tip?

I did a mobile order and did it for the drive thru, thinking it would be quick and easy. I went at what time it told me my order would be ready, and left way past it. Waited in the drive thru forever at the same spot, the line was not moving at all. After waiting forever, and being the last car in the drive thru, I was able to back out and ended up just walking inside to get my food. There were multiple employees who looked like they weren't doing anything. There also seemed to be no hurry at all. Then on top of that, they got my order wrong! I wanted no tomato on my sandwich, they gave me a lot of tomato. It also just ended up not tasting good at all. I will never go to this location again!

We love Zupas but this location is so inconsistent. We just went through the drive through and they totally got the order wrong (we had to order from a kiosk and didn't make any modifications). The reciept had the right items but they weren't made correctly (wrong dressing, missing rice, had brown avocados with the shells in it). It's so disappointing to get home and realize that it's not what we ordered.

I love Zupas! It's my go to for lunch. The protein bowls are my favorite. Such a great atmosphere in Bluffdale. Jessica is so genuine and friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great meal and experience. Can't wait to try the new dessert!

Went in to order 2 soups and 2 sandwiches and they never asked about the extras that come with the soups nor did she give them to me. Also when we got home I realized they gave me a rotten strawberry dipped in chocolate. Really need to work on the afternoon shift 😫 😩

I love everything about Zupas in Bluffdale. The staff is friendly, the food is amazing and filling, the food is always prepped fast and the order is delivered with a smile. I highly recommend Zupas if you are wanting a meal that’s not your standard fast food.

I really only go to Zupas when my husband is out of town, as there prices have gone up and there portions of got smaller. (Thanks for the scoop of 2 strawberries on my $13 salad) I don’t leave bad reviews often and trying to be fair but this location was just very under staffed. After waiting in line to pay for my food with only 4 people in front of me for about 25 minutes total of a wait. By the time I sat to eat my food it was cold. I asked for double tomato on my sandwich and when I took a bite to eat there were none so I had to get back in line. Just need better systems and process in place. You also have to tell 4-5 different workers 4 different times what your order was. That happens at every Zupas though.

Love their soups, salads, and sandwiches, but their protein bowls are my new obsession. My favorite is the Mediterranean Bowl, but I also enjoy the Golden Curry Bowl and the Southwest Avocado Bowl. The drink bar is also an added bonus.
