We have a hungry kid and we have been to this location numerous times. We got the chicken noodle soup for her and not a single noodle was in the soup. This location is very disappointing. I am no longer giving this location a chance. From no chicken tenders, to no noodles in the soup, made a sad cottage cheese power bowl salad, lastly they forgot to put a whole sandwich in one of our combos. Don't eat at this location until they get training.

I ordered chicken noodle soup through the app for my wife and kids who had come down with a cold. After picking up my mobile order through the drive through, I got home and gave each of them their chicken NOODLE soup, which had zero noodles. Called the restaurant and informed them and was told “Yeah, we ran out of noodles at noon today”. After suggesting maybe taking that item off the menu in that problem comes up in the future, I asked about some sort of credit possibly? Perhaps, IDK, a refund?… Something that would take away the feeling of paying for something I didn’t receive. After holding for 2-3 minutes, I was told “Yeah, there’s nothing we can do.”

Huh… Awesome job team. 👍🏻🙄

Service is horrible. Employees yelling at customers. The team just doesn’t pay attention to what the customers are doing.
They clearly don’t care about the cx. First time here and last time here.
The employees will completely ignore customers or favor certain ones.
It’s insane here!

Completely different food than what Zupas used to offer. No more bread roles which is my girlfriend’s favorite thing to have. They ignore us while there was no one else in line. I asked for a sandwich and salad but he didn’t ask me what kind of sandwich and continued to fill online orders instead. Took 15 minutes to order my food with no one else in line.

I have always loved zupas, but this was incredibly dishonest. I tapped my card at the digital ordering kiosk, and when I got up to the drive-thru the fellow said he had to run my card again because the reader at the kiosk didn't work properly.

I thought the price was high, and upon reviewing my receipt I saw that I was charged an extra $0.90 tip for paying at the window. It was automatically added to my total. Incredibly dishonest and I will no longer be giving any Zupas my business.

We had an awful experience at this Zupas location and will not be returning, despite it being the closest one to our home.

The restaurant was a mess—10 out of 14 tables were dirty, making it feel completely neglected. The counter staff showed no urgency or interest in helping us or getting our food out. There were no customers, yet employees behind the counter seemed chaotic and disorganized.

They were out of lettuce, out of bread, and out of strawberries, and when I tried to order soup, they couldn’t be bothered to take the order at all. Basic menu items being unavailable is frustrating enough, but the lack of care and professionalism made it far worse.

This location either desperately needs a night manager—or, if there already was one on duty, that manager needs significantly more training. The entire experience was a complete disaster from start to finish.

We won’t be eating at this Zupas again.

Slooow. I ordered through the app 35 minutes ago and still waiting for my food. I’m now late for my movie. It’s 20+ minutes past when it was supposed to be done, and still nothing. And it’s not even bust! There’s no line inside!! Not reliable at all sadly.

Currently sitting in the driver through for our online pickup order. We have been sitting here for *35* minutes already with no hope in sight. Be prepared to wait if you’re craving a
sandwich soup combo that much.

Unfortunately this is not the first time I have been served bad or spoiled food from this location . Paid extra for Avocado and extra chicken and received a salad that looked like the discard bowl from someone cooking as well as the avocado was so passed spoiled and the amount was less then a table spoon . Very disappointing for how much they charge. The last time I ordered a strawberry cup and ate it straight away (they suggest it’s better when it doesn’t sit) and I was shocked to have mushy spoiled strawberries .
