Quench It! Soda

Best gluten free cookies ever. Ginger or molasses are the bomb. They were kind of pricey but to be honest and I'm cheap but because I need gluten-free this will be my go-to place when I want dessert.

I stop here at least once a week for drinks and am shocked at this location and how they make up policies and randomly want to enforce them when no other location shares these rules. It’s tacky and there’s another drink spot around the corner - go there instead if you want good customer service.

I love quench it but tell me why I went to stop at 8:40, when everything says they close at 9, and all of the lights were off including the open sign. I hate when people come in when we're closing at my work but 20 minutes early is absolutely insane and not ok.

Why do I need to yell my phone number multiple times at the order sign??? It makes me so mad… I’ve had multiple people tell me they will go out of their way to go to a different soda place even though this one is closer bc they’re uncomfortable yelling their phone number to the abyss. That needs to change asap bc you’re losing business.

I absolutely love coming to quench it. The drinks are so refreshing and always taste good.. and this maybe just me, it is loud because there’s a busy road right next to the order spot.. but you can’t ask me to turn my car off in 100+ degrees weather. ONE time they said just come to the window which great. But now it’s always I can’t hear you turn your car off. And I’m basically yelling. I get it’s frustrating for them but also for me. Again this is a great drink spot. But maybe they could figure the speaker out.

Love your drinks! But very disappointed. I bought a Quench It HydroJug and was so disappointed that I also had to pay full price for a drink to fill it. The gal that took my order said only Swig gives you your first drink free when you buy the cup. Had I known that I would not have gotten the hydro jug.

I usually love quench it. I go out of my way and drive 15 minutes just to get their Dr. Pepper drinks. Today I went and asked to add a fresh lime in my drink. The kids working weren’t very friendly. When I was trying to order the girl seemed super short with me. I got to the window, paid and drove off, without trying my drink first. That was my biggest regret of the day. when I took a sip and realized something was off, I opened the lid to find that I was given the opposite of everything I asked for. Diet Dr. Pepper when I wanted regular? A LEMON instead of lime? and half n half instead of coconut cream? I immediately pulled up to a garbage can and threw it away. the sad part is I paid almost $4 for a drink to get dumped in the trash. I’m so sad!!!! I usually pick Quench It over Swig but today I picked Swig. :(

Great place for yummy drinks.

Friendly staff most days. Overpriced for what it is, you're definitely overpaying for convenience. Nice for a quick and easy treat/snack.
