I love the drinks but I consistently request no ice and today I again have a cup full of little drink and mostly ice. It’s frustrating that the drive through folks frequently mess this up. I’m always sure to state it 2 or more times and have them repeat my order… but it doesn’t help. More ice = less drink. Please listen

I asked for popping boba and made sure to let the girl know i wanted popping boba because its been an issue in the past that they forget and when i got home i noticed no bobas were in the cups, so i went back and gave the girl my 2 drinks back so that she could put boba in both and she only put it in 1 cup! i was so disappointed when i got home again. :( always check your drinks when you come to this location. 1/2/24.

Quench It has become a family favorite. This location specifically due to a certain employee, Savannah! What a rockstar that chick is. She’s fun, funny, personable, professional, and always a happy face every time we’re there. As long as she’s there, myself, business, and family will continue to show love and support to that location. Thanks Savannah for great customer service and making each time fun. -Will

I’ve been visiting this location on the regular because it’s close too my home. It seems to take me many times to learn my lesson to not go back. Each time my order has been wrong. Today I ordered a root beer float and it was FULL of ice and one tiny scoop of ice cream. Pathetic. This is Utah, please do better with root beer floats. I called to let the manager know in hopes they could monitor things a bit better. The young lady in charge was a “shift lead”. She was very polite and apologetic but not really equipped to fix the situation. A customer should have been told come back and let me fix it for you, she apparently has not been taught that. If the owners / managers do not keep an eye on their business, their business will not do well. You get out what you put in. No properly trained personnel shows what you have put in.
Spend your money wisely, where they have earned your business.

We love going here to get the Coconut Mist. It’s been hit or miss a couple times with how they make it. But this time was so bad!! We were already home before we realized. Isn’t stead of frozen strawberries they put frozen raspberries. Did not ask for them to swap that out and on our other drink they forgot the strawberry Puree. Be careful when you go that they don’t mess up your order as badly as they did ours. Hope this won’t be a recurring thing that they don’t make our drinks right.

Staff are always friendly. I visit 1-2 times a week. Wait times have improved recently. Drinks are always good, and I love the peanut butter bar. I also really appreciate the rewards for frequent visits. Eliana served me today. She was very nice and service was fast.
