Don’t ever use this Wendy’s. They can’t execute a simple drive thru order and make you wait half hour for your food while they serve everybody else.

I love this location! We have a big family and they always get our huge orders right. It's seriously impressive! They are always very fast! And all of the workers are incredibly kind and polite. The inside is always super clean.. the tables, the floors, the bathrooms and everything else!

A lady called Maria was so rude to me. I arrived at Wendy's at 215pm on 06-29-2025. As soon as my daughter arrived, she wanted to use the bathroom. My daughter is using the restroom when she screams, and I realize that the toilet seat is moved, it is not well secured. She got a small injury on her leg. I leave the bathroom to report to the person who was there that the toilet seat does not work properly and if she can check it. She responds that she already knows but that it is not broken. The name of the person is Maria. The way she talked to my it was always being defensive. She said she already knew was going on but did not even care for safety. Originally, I just wanted to report her that issue so nobody else (elderly people, disabled or kids or anyone can get hurt) but she was rude. I request you to please check the cameras. I believe she needs a trainee on customer service.

The food is cheaper than most fast food places which is it's a new establishment so everything is nice. The cost kind of goes up exponentially per person so you can order on the app to get any kind of deal that's probably a good idea.

Manager was so rude to me when I went and had an issue with my order she just yelled to go to the lobby but I was in drive through in a hurry and so I go inside anyways to get my drive through order... To find out it's someone else's! She did not care she didn't understand how to say my name or hear so instead gave me a diff order some guy named Joseph's order instead of mine. It was horrible and she was obviously stressed but they weren't in a rush or busy I was the only car in drive through and not many inside either.

I can’t believe how rude the night manager is. There was a problem with my frosty I tried to get her help to fix it. She became furious and started calling me out my name. She should not be allowed to work and talk to customers in such a rude manner. Please find better staff especially in management if you want to keep customers. Yikes 😬 I had to ask for a refund and return my whole order because I did not want to deal with her. This is hands down the worst service I’ve ever received.

Last week we ate here and after our meal ordered frostys on the kiosk. After 20 minutes, went to the counter to see why they weren’t ready. They hadn’t seen the kiosk order and took another 5 minutes to make them.
Went there again tonight, Friday night at 9:15 and the lobby was closed already. Went through the drive through and ordered a combo meal and 4 frostys. They handed us the hamburger and fries. Then we had to ask where the frostys were and they hadn’t even been made. They got the frostys and after we drove away realized they never gave us the drink to go with the combo meal but wasn’t worth driving back. So disappointing, they’ll be going out of business soon at this rate!!

Worst Wendy’s in the Valley!!! Poor service, 20 minutes just to get a couple frosty’s in the lobby. Tried again a few days later, wrong items in bag. Got a Carmel Frosty Crunch, NO Crunch and had to remind them about the frosty’s and they forgot the combo order drink. That’s it never again. Sooo disappointed!!!

To add to the pile of horrendous reviews, I just wanted to add that this location has all parking on the north side of the building, but chose to make the north door an exit only, forcing everyone to walk around to the east side door, which makes this location less accessible. Whoever planned this locations layout clearly doesn’t think.
