To add to the pile of horrendous reviews, I just wanted to add that this location has all parking on the north side of the building, but chose to make the north door an exit only, forcing everyone to walk around to the east side door, which makes this location less accessible. Whoever planned this locations layout clearly doesn’t think.

The food here is fine. It's Wendy's. The soda machine is way off and always tastes bad. The mixture is lopsided and the soda tastes gross. The workers struggle with basic English, it's best to check out with the kiosk.

i ordered the number 2 (baconator) expensive sandwich,
they gave me the number 1, (basic generic burger)

got scammed out of 3 dollars and this has happened twice now, i let it go the first time, but the second time deserves a bad review and no more money, i'll eat somewhere else.

Went through the drive through this afternoon to get the 2 for 7 deal that is on the app which doesnt expire till march 10th. Drive thru worker came on the speaker after we asked for it and instantly became rude telling us they didn't have it anymore and basically started yelling at us that they didn't have it when we went to tell them it was on the app. Very very disappointed with the service that was shown by the worker.

I love this Wendy's! The staff are wonderful and would have my coffee ready every morning before I even walk through the door! I was getting the two for three biggie breakfast and they would have that have prepared before I got inside the building 😊

I can’t believe this just happened. I went to get an issue with my order fixed just a minute after picking it up through the drive through. I was really calm, totally expecting it to be a non-issue. When I pulled up, I calmly explained the issue and she got FURIOUS. She said I would have to pay for my order to be fixed. She told me over and over again that I am wrong while aggressively pointing at me. She said I could speak to her manager and I said, “yes please”, but she never got him. I could see him in the back grabbing what I needed as she was yelling at me, so I was thankful for him. I had 3 young kids in the car witnessing this girl yelling at me. My 3 year old daughter asked me after why she was yelling so loud. This behavior was all over one missing sausage patty. I was in disbelief over how she acted. She needs to learn some emotional regulation.
Even if I had been completely in the wrong, one of the responsibilities of an employee is to have professionalism. If she isn’t able to professionally resolve the problem, she should have passed it off to her manager, which she offered but never followed through with; she just kept yelling at me. All this over one missing sausage patty. If I would’ve known the issue it would cause, I would’ve just taken the loss and ate it without one.

The manager packed a sausage patty in a nice bin with utensils and handed it to her. She reluctantly gave it to me while she said, “Here’s your sausage patty. You can put it on your sandwich yourself.”

I said, “No problem. Thank you.”

I asked her name. She said “Diana.”
She was working taking drive-through orders and at the pull up window around 10:20 am January 30, 2025 at the Wendy’s in Bluffdale.

No other customers inside and waited 15 minutes to get food. And it wasnt even hot food. Fries were cold and chicken nuggets were cool. Pathetic. Won't be back.

All of my food was not delivered at the drive through. When I asked her for the missing drink and frosty (kids drink and small frosty) she says “I’ll have to check the receipt”. She comes back with a small drink and jr frosty. My daughter wanted the small she had ordered. I told her it was a small frosty. She huffed, rolled her eyes and stalked off. She returned with the frosty, but told me that she wouldn’t get me anything else without a receipt because those items weren’t on the receipt. The stalked off before I could show her the items in my receipt. Thanks for calling me a thief then not letting me prove that I had paid for the food.

I have been to this location 3 times now and every single time, I have asked for extra crispy bacon and NEVER get it. The staff at the dirve thru is always very kind though so that's a positive. I guess I won't be going back

DO NOT GO HERE AT NIGHT! The night crew has absolutely no idea what they're doing, they keep getting orders wrong every time I order after 7pm. THE MANAGER DOES NOT EVEN UNDERSTAND ENGLISH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE HAD TO TRANSLATE, AND EVEN THEN THEY STRUGGLED TO UNDERSTAND THAT I WANTED MY ORDER CORRECTED!

All the bad reviews about this location and manager are 100% accurate!!! This location is an aboslute joke. Whoever the guy is that was working on Halloween at 3:42 needs to be retrained. I was missing items from my order and he was scoffing as if it was somehow my fault, as if I was ridiculous for asking for the food I paid for. Now that I’ve gotten home and opened the packaging the whole order is wrong. Get your shit together. For the price you charge customers you can’t half ass food anymore. Can’t wait until you close your doors

The service was so tremendous and they were rude when my friends payed but the order didn’t show up so they had to get them there meal they were not very nice about it being mean and demanding. And when I order i was waiting at the in person kiosk I waited 4 minutes just to have to say “hey can i order” which I didn’t even want to order anymore after that. Just overall terrible time and service. I would never come back after that experience
