Went in at 9:30. 4 or 5 employees looked at us and just walked off. No one was serving anyone or taking any orders. Unbelievable. Second bad experience here. We left and went to Texas Roadhouse next door, were seated and ordered in 2 minutes 50 seconds. And the food is a thousand times better anyway.

Good food and from 9 to midnight appetizers are half price so that is pretty cool. Good service, and I got the neighborhood nachos, definitely would get them again. Very tasty!

Its usually really good service. This time last time was a mess. We didnt get our appetizer so it came when we got our food. My son didnt get his food. When we told the server she avoided our table until his food was done. It was just a disappointment. We wont be returning anytime soon.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! They never let us run out of drinks, and were constantly checking up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. All of the food was outstanding.

The greeting at the door has been the best part so far. I think our server (Jordan) is either in the wrong industry or should improve her level of service. I feel forgotten and or ignored. ....fast forward 10 minutes. While Jordan has been talking with the other servers and bus boy about her boyfriend.... RJ bought us our food. The food was good and flavorful. the Loaded fajitas are a do again however in someone else's section.

I'd give this no stars, if I could. The place was not busy. Had to wait to be seated. Our server came over after a few minutes. Took our drink order, and we were ready to order our food. 20 minutes later, no appetizers, no water or drinks. A table came in, after us. Got their waters, and drinks. Still no drinks for us. Watched our server walk around. We got up and left. We have been there a few times. This is typical for this location. We will never go back there. Sad to say. Because the food is great. If you don't care about service.

Quick service and great food. I did visit late at night though, so not sure how fast service is during the day. Server was very helpful with questions about special deals and telling us how to work the tablet.

Very bummed. My husband and I were in the mood for dessert and we asked 3 different ppl (because 2 didn't know the answer) if their brownie dessert was with a warm brownie. After getting yes, we sat down, ordered our dessert and received it very fast... the brownie was room temperature, not warm in the slightest. We were immediately irritated but went ahead and felt with it.

I feel like every time I go to Applebees, I have a different experience. Sometimes it's better than others. The kids meals are overpriced and sometimes the food seems dried out or a little cold. However, other times it is hot, delicious and everything seems fresh. So, I still like there food and I think their 2 for $20 meals are great especially since they come with an appetizer.

I will never eat here again!! We got seated and the girl that seated us said our server was coming with plates. He was. And then out of no where some random waiter women who looked crazy gave us plates. Our original Male server was really upset that she did that. I felt bad for him because she stole his table. I overheard him saying that he doesn't get treated fairly. Our random lady server was just weird. I couldn't believe she stole his table. And the equality of the silverware was horrible and food was horrible! Also she took over most everyone's table! I'm absolutely sickened! I hope it gets shut down!! When I was writing on the survey thing she noticed me typing on it and was like " how was your experience?" We lied and said it was fine and she was like " well I see that you're typing so it must not have been" something like that! I felt very uncomfortable! It was like she couldn't believe we had a bad experience! Waste of money!
Cold food, and zero flavor. Ordered the bourbon Street chicken and shrimp and usually love it. However this time it was burnt and dry. I will not be returning to Applebee's.

Absolutely horrific! I came here after work for a nice dinner... for what I thought was going to be one. It took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me so I could be seated. Another 10 minutes for my server to show up and bring my water... Burger finally came after 30 MINUTES of waiting. Fries were cold and ON TOP of it, there was a hair in my burger! Absolutely disgusting. Slow Staff who are understaffed. Last thing, poor MANAGEMENT & EMPLOYEES, just sitting at the bar drinking and only having 2 waitresses on the floor. WOW...

We just came in with a coupon that apparently isn't valid for this location. Initially we were told it couldn't be honored but the manager, Craig, came and told us he and our server Miranda (who was extremely kind the whole time) would take care of it. They honored the coupon anyway. Very kind. Glad we came here!

Good food, good prices. Plenty of selection if needed for special dietary needs such as carb count, calorie count, vegan options. Lots of choice of different meats. One of few places with Pepsi products. Only thing is they take a while, but that the price for freshness.
