Do not waste your time or money at this restaurant. Used to love this place been coming for years, but will genuinely say I nor my family will ever be back. We wanted to walk out before the food even came. For starters restaurant had very few customers, yet no one came to sit us for far too long, walking to to be sat the restaurant was dirty and gross, once sat our service was horrible truly so horrible he was nice but very unprofessional, server was cussing and didn’t even write down our order then had to come back and ask us what we all ordered and apologized saying he forgot because he was hungover? Two host stood in the walk ways in their belly shirts talking so loud instead of cleaning a disgusting tables or floors. We wanted to cancel the food and leave but felt rude so we stayed.. They were out of so many menu items we tried to order, we got sodas that were flat we asked them to be changed and they told us oh sorry both our soda machines are broken and “no one here ever fixes shit”. The food was not good especially for the price truly a waste of money would have rather saved $100 and ate at little caesar’s, not sure how there’s 2 tables in a restaurant and the food comes out slow , not hot nor good again should have canceled our order and left. All of the workers were sitting in the booths on their phones and chatting, cussing, giggling. Front of house was all sitting down hanging out in a booth and then kitchen staff in another, I watched 2 guests walk in and not be helped. I’ve been in the service industry for years, you really have to drop the ball for me to care, this is my first bad review i’ve ever written that’s how awful this experience was. This place used to be busy and now I can see why it was dead. Good luck keeping your doors open in this economy when you can have a better experience at mcdonald’s.

Mediocre pizza at best. The waiter seemed annoyed to help us. Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had.

Expensive for what it was. Pizza was tough and dry. Will not eat there again.

I ordered two “personal” pizzas for pickup from Arella Pizzeria and spent $30 — and I’m still in disbelief. Each pizza was about 5 inches in diameter, more like an overpriced appetizer than an actual meal. The crust tasted like a burnt tortilla, and the overall flavor was just as underwhelming. I can’t believe they charge $15 for something this small and mediocre.
To be fair, the staff was friendly and the ambiance of the place seemed really nice when I stopped in. But none of that makes up for how disappointing the food was. Great service can’t save bad pizza. Definitely won’t be returning.

I ate at Arella’s last night and I have to say I can only give this place one star and they don’t even deserve that. My server Amber was horrible, she was more concerned about entertaining the other staff members at a booth than serving me. She brought my food out cold. Refills were slow. You can clearly tell she didn’t want to be there. The food tasted alright, it would’ve been better if I had gotten it hot. This was my first time eating here and I can say I’d rather take my money elsewhere.

Ordered out. If you want a wildly underwhelming but simultaneously overpriced pizza, this is the place to get it.
Was 82 degrees. When we asked if the AC could be turned on they said they were not allowed to adjust it. Seriously?! The management refuses to use more AC. We used to love this place. This happened last time we came as well. We won’t be coming back. Unless you like eating in a sauna, stay away.

Food was good. Our server was sitting down at a back booth most of the time and I had to waive him down a few times to get service. The worst part was the kid making the pizzas had long curly hair all over the place, not tied back or under a hat or anything. It’s like a bunch of untrained children are running the place.

Called in an order. Guy who took my simple order was rude. I picked up a very cold pizza.

The food was good but not hot. The server and or cook forgot items. Not very busy for a Saturday night.

Walked in tonight- waited an eternity to be seated (keep in mind there was only three tables seated), walked past food on the ground and the table we were sat at was not bussed properly. Waiter came over with very low energy (seemed like he was low key dying to be anywhere but work). We ended up dipping out of there. Didn't even eat- front of house brought you down, chef.

Great pizza. We try and stop whenever we are close. The margarita is out go to. Nice and simple and delicious.
Stopped in while on vacation. The pizza was good, and the service was great.
The food wasn’t bad, but not the best we’ve had. We liked the wood fired pizzas, the caprese salad was so-so, and the service was nice but very low-energy and not very attentive. Didn’t ask if we needed refills until we were ready for our check. The atmosphere would be really nice, but the place could use a deep clean and half of the light bulbs were burned out. We went on a Friday at lunch and it wasn’t very busy, so food was fairly quick coming out.
Been eating here for years and so have my family. Best pizza hands down. By far the best wood fired crust!!! Thank you for never changing the recipe
