I pulled up at 9:58 and open sign was on. They locked the doors and turned the sign off before 10:00. The other person in the store was dancing when they turned open sign off looking at us. What a shame. I knocked at the door multiple times and the girl opened the door and said we can’t serve.

The three young girls that were working in there were so rude. We came to get ice cream and while I understand it is busy in there, we received so much attitude. We were polite and kind yet were met with eye rolls and sighs. If you can’t be nice to customers, don’t work in customer service.

I’m tired of walking into restaurant establishments and watching the employees ignore the customers that are in their store to order because they are to focused on filling online orders. If you are going to do an online type business have the basic IQ points to understand that customers that walk in to order need to be helped as well and not ignored. Either hire more people to cover both business models or do online only! Stop treating the people who walk into your store like they don’t matter! Visited the Bountiful store tonight and watched 3 employees focus on filling online orders while 9 people waiting to order watched them. Good bye Baskin Robins!
I am not sure who is designing their cakes but they are horrible. The cake looked like a marshmallow. I told them to decorate the cake in colors for my 15 year old daughter and there was no color. We put it in the freezer and went to dinner and when we got back the whole structure fell apart. In the past 20 years of ordering cakes from them I have never had this happen, I think they have kids with no experience decorating their cakes.

I went in your Bountiful location today. It's a tradition for our family to go there. Today you let a large dog come in with a customer. It ran over to our table and was wagging its tail and sticks its nose in our laps. When I complained about it loudly I received zero support from your staff. The people then glared at us while we were trying to be enjoying our traditional cone I thought it was ridiculous and voiced my opinion to the family that brought their dog and asked your staff " why do you allow dogs in here "Completely grossed me out wagging its tail around my ice cream coneI will take my family elsewhere and unless you like strange dogs bothering you while you eatI suggest everyone else do the same
