The atmosphere was nice, Pretty quiet w/only 1 other guest in-store at 6:pm. My pumpkin spice lattè was delish but both employees I dealt with could definitely use some help in the customer service skills department.

So frustrating when you go out to get a coffee and this happens they didn’t even fill the cup all the way this has happened to me several times not sure I will go back frustrating when the drink is 6.50. Like come on do better beans and brews

This place is trash. Beans and brew was a great local coffee shop. Now corporate trash. Lady ahead of me got her order wrong. Rather than make my coffee, they just gave me hers. Then remake my 12oz coffee to 20oz like i want 10more ounces of milk. So remake again, 12oz of steamed milk. Completely white, no coffee. This is supposed to be a coffee place not a hot milk bar. I am not a coffee a snob, this place is so bad. No remorse, just lazy.

The girls were friendly. Took 25 minutes to get three drinks and others were served that came in after first. Had to actually ask for my drinks before they were made.
I had the best iced white mocha I've ever had here about 2 days ago. Then I came in today and it was the worst one I'd ever had. I literally had to go buy creamer because we had driven too far away to turn back around to have it fixed. For the amount of money you pay for a coffee, it should be consistently good.

I love this B&B shop. The staff is always friendly and so very caring. They stay on top of orders and have taken great care of me the one time they made me an iced drink instead of the hot I ordered. Super chill atmosphere 😌
