I hate giving restaurants, fast food, or even drink places 3 stars or less. Unfortunately, this is one of the rare cases where I had to. I went through the drive thru and got some food, one of those food items was the famous avocado toast which I always get with sourdough. When I got to work, I noticed that my avocado toast was on wheat instead, I was disappointed but didn't really mind. I was about to take a first bite and noticed some mold and I had to throw it away. However, the coffee and other food items I got were perfect, I'm just disappointed especially because it is fairly expensive.

I go there on a daily basis the people who work there want to do a good job and get it right I’ve asked to have my drink remade a few times no big deal they remake it . And if you have your fur baby they can get a treat too they’re called pup cups just some whip cream in a plastic cup with a milk bone on top mine love it …

Worst coffee ever it was warm water, no creamer or vanilla like I ordered and it tasted like there was no coffee beans mixed in it period. Literally a cup of warm water. No cheese in my grill cheese mainly just old stale bread.

What is going on at B&B location? It is so extremely so but since the Centerville one was closed, this is the only option.
Routinely, the wait in the drive through is 15+ minutes when there are only two cars in line. To overcome this, we started going inside. However this latest time, I got my drink first but then had to wait ten extra minutes to get my friends drink while three other drinks were served before hers. When we inquired on the status of her drink, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the wait.

I went in on a Saturday afternoon since I’m new to the area for specifically frozen coffee pick me up. Unfortunately I didn’t know much about your menu before I walked into the place and was greeted with two coworkers yelling at each other and being quite disrespectful to each other on different orders, so that was a little awkward to come into. Additionally I didn’t know your frozen drinks were already blended with 2% so I requested a different alternative option that may allow for substitute milk and was informed the blender was broken. At this point after the awkward encounter and not feeling very welcomed, I just decided to go elsewhere. Like others have stated I hope this location can get some things together.
I took a long break from this place hoping they would improve, but my "welcome back" today proved me wrong. I ordered a frozen latte which is salvageable, but the Avocado Toast made on a fat, old, stale heel from white bread is not edible. It's like eating jerky! I guess return business is not important.
