This review is simply regarding the Christmas decorations! Especially in the kids area and private room. Very festive. Makes me want to have a party here...but alas we have no family here.

What the hell happened to Carl's jr...McDonald's burgers have more taste in their burgers came out looking good but was far from it...the burger patty had zero taste in it seriously was like a turkey patty but even a turkey patty had somekind of taste to it...I haven't been to Carl's in a while so I was pretty excited that day only to be met with disappointment 🤦🏽♂️

There was no ice in either drink machine, and this was the third time they didn't have fry sauce. There is also no urinal in the men's room, just a toilet. I have a feeling they won't be around much longer.

Ask any resident of Bountiful about this location and you’ll always receive mystified stories. From constant strange happenings, to the location somehow still being open after being empty of customers for years, it’s perplexing. In another word I’d believe the entire building is a front of some kind, but honestly it just looks like they paid it off in the early days and let it die. The employees are not really used to rushes as there aren’t typically any. They’re kind, but how can you be on top of the food when it’s so rarely prepared anyway…

My girlfriend and I ordered from here last night off GrubHub and we both woke up sick. The food was frigid by the time it got here a couple hours after we ordered. The soda flat. And now we're both inbvathroom trouble.
The food was tasty sure but wow . . . not even a warming lamp to keep it safe? And in UTAH? There's all sorts of consumer protections here what are you thinking?
Go somewhere else people, this place dgaf about customers clearly, either that or the people working weren't properly trained . . . yay for corporations doing the bare minimum but really that's more an issue of wherever they got their food handlers permit maybe? Or both.
Like assuming there was a heat8ng station to keep food food safe . . .
Anyway if you work there and are reading this don't worry, not your fault even though I'm sure corporate would love to put the fault on your head.
Also it's hugely on GrubHub since we had to wait hours to get the food and clearly they don't incentivise their drivers enough to be active up here.

It's known that Carls Jr are usually slow, but this one is trying to win an award! 2 cars in the parking lot, 1 car in front of me in the drive thru, so it was not busy at all.. After 20 minutes I left and went across the street to Wendys. I got my food there within 5 minutes and when I drove by the Carls Jr again, the same car that was in front of me was still in the drive thru waiting for their food LOL! At this point, is Carls Jr. really a fast food restaurant?

Not sure how they stay in business. Constantly out of fry sauce, rarely have carbonation for drinks, and the staff seems to be struggling as there aren’t enough of them. Long waits….I rarely ever come here anymore and always question why I do.
When they make the food fresh, have what you want (per their menu), and carbonation for the root beer (it is quality) it’s like a fond childhood memory. Guess that’s why I keep trying:)
Not sure if they have a new manager or what but something has changed for the better. Staff was friendly and laughing. The vibe was completely different from some of my past experiences here. The food even tasted better today. Keep up the good work.

The guy working the drive through on 7.22.2025 and whoever was making the food tonight night deserve a raise. Phenomenal costumer service, fresh delicious food even close to closing. The best employees that I’ve ever gotten at this location. Thank you!
