Soggy buns and hardly any sauce. Veg didn't taste fresh, and the whole thing was just kinda bland and flavorless. Also, please tell your people when i do a family sized order and i get 2 napkins it makes me want to walk back in and steal your entire nakin dispensor. Seriously- stop being cheap!!

This is the second time I’ve somehow got food poisoning from Carl’s Jr. the first was at a different location and the second time it was somehow from their milkshake. Me and my wife both got sick and are still sick

I will never go here again. The service was absolutely horrible tonight. The man working told my husband's he didn't need check the bag to make sure everything was there. After we checked we found two fries were missing along with a full kids meal. He argued with us about the order and finally gave us the fries bare handed. Then when we got home we found out we were missing a burger and had to go back. I spent over $100 tonight in my food for it to be gross and cold. The fires tasted stale and nasty. If you value honesty, an good product do not go here! I am calling cooperate for a refund.

I came in with my family and waited over 40 min for my food. I got my food and it was made wrong and cold. I asked for a refund and I was I told to take it up with management. I understand this store it understaffed but communication goes along way.

This place is consistently dirty. The food is overpriced and only tastes okay. I did not enjoy the guacamole burger. The guac was too liquid and too spicy. Their hand-crafted lemonade only comes in a small size, no refills.
I came in at 2:05 and requested milkshakes. They said that they were out of ice cream, but they should be restocked after 5:00. Convenient for them, happy hour discounts are only available 2:00-5:00.
The play place is not truly accessible for children under age four. I have seen too many little kids get stuck behind the obstacles.
